GNC — Local services in Lancaster

Made a late night run before closing time Friday night (11/8/24) to buy some creatine and protein. It had been a long time since I've purchased products and was a bit uncertain about which to get, but thankfully, the employee Chris was a Rockstar and able to help me out. He was beyond knowledgeable and extremely polite. GNC, please make sure to hold on to him because I don't often leave reviews, but this man deserves it. 15 minutes before closing, he still didn't rush me out and instead provided wonderful customer service. Thanks again, Chris! I am looking forward to getting back into the gym thanks to your advice...

9.9.23 630pm. The lady working needs to have some sort of awareness and be coached on customer service. I probably won’t ever comeback, GNC employees are the worst. I’ve never been to a GNC in which the employee wasn't 100% incompetent and acted as if they hate their life.

Very nice place to get supplements. Dale was a questionable employee because he hated when I called him by his name in his name tag. Not so fast service because dale was dancing in the back to drake. Other than that...
