The Wal-Mart is always packed. Been there a handful of times and the last time will be my last time. They're understaffed and the staff they have is rude. Haven't had one pleasant experience. I stood in line for 30 minutes to finally get up to a cashier that was rolling her eyes and throwing my items in the bag. She had ear buds in her ears so clearly wasn't interested in customer interaction. Then after she finished tossing my items she turned her back to me ignoring the fact that I was trying to hand her money while having to say excuse me 3 times to get her attention. One manager looked overwhelmed like she was about to go find a place to hide and another looked completely unphased like he didn't care at all. Last time I checked managers are supposed to jump in and help when needed. That means thats 2 more registers that should have been open and being operated by managers to help get customers out. I mean the guy in front of me was in line for 35-40 minutes for 2 things of diapers. I stood there debating whether what I had in my cart was worth the wait. It wasn't, but the person I was with had time to go use the bathroom and shop for clothes while I stood in the checkout. Trust me, it's not worth going to. Even if I lived in the nieghborhood there, I would drive or even catch the bus to other stores. That's how bad this place is. I won't say they need to be shut down, but they definitely need to change a...
Read moreThis is one of the worse McDonals I have been. The service is horrible. I ask for two coffee and two hollyday pies and I just received one and two apple pies. When ask for the other coffee the cashier said that he charge for one, this was fine I said three milks and three splendas, ecerything was good. I was waiting for my coffee I look at my bag and the holidays pies were apple pies and the cashier said hey lady you said apple pies. Hey lady what uneducated person speak to the costumer like that. Then after awhile I received my two coffees and they were ice cold. When I went back and told the cashier again he took the coffees back and asked his co worker to place the coffees for a few minutes in the microwave. Who wants a microwave coffee not even in my home. When we received the microwave coffees they were still cold. The worse part was that the manager was near by and did do anything. My husband asked for a new brew cup of coffee and they said that we needed to wait for ten minutes. Why they couldn't said that on the first. Worse service...
Read moreThis Walmart is too crowded and never stocked with items I need. The main concern on one visit. I was waiting for my mother to come out of the store. When she called and said she was ready, I pulled in front of the store to pick her up. A YOUNG PG officer pulls up and said I can't park there. I replied I know this. As my 85 year old mother finished putting her items in the car we were about to drive off the officer turned on his sirens and jumped out his car and asked me in a confrontational way what I had said. I repeated I know that he replied I should give you a ticket my mother a little shaken ask what is going on because she didn't have a clue and neither did I. However, he got back in his car and sped off down Annapolis Road my right mind was to call the mayor and report this because it was uncalled for they're giving these young officers guns and they feel Superior some of them because it was really no reason for all of that but this is a society we live in. This is my experience at Walmart and this is why I go to...
