I will not be back. Called this morning to see if they had any availability around 5pm. She asked if I could come earlier in the day (I worked until 4). I told her it’s okay if she can’t take the appointment today (I could always call around) yet she told me to come and took it anyway also asked me if I could arrive any earlier to please do so. Me and my mom showed up at 4:40pm I was booked for a pedicure and a polish change on my nails. My mom was just getting a basic manicure. We literally sat there for an hour after arriving while they worked on other guests. When it was our turn we were so blatantly rushed it was unbelievable.. my pedicure literally took 15 minutes my feet were barely in the water she went right to trimming and painting and off I went. They must have forgot that we just sat there and watch them work on other people for an hour. My nails were rushed as well I was charged $30 for a polish change (I did get gel) and you could still see my old polish underneath. As soon as her next appointment came in me and my mom were being rushed out the door my moms nails looked like a five year old painted them. We go to pay and she charges me $80. Mind you there is no signage at all with any pricing or any type of service list anywhere believe me I was sitting there staring at a blank wall for a while waiting! I pay on my card and tip $15 cash I go to leave she stops me and says she charged me wrong and it should have been $90 and then asks me for 10 more dollars! Saying that she forgot to charge me for her taking off Gel Fee!! Now I’ve heard of that in some salons but again there’s no pricing displayed plus if you make a $10 mistake as a business owner you really should be eating that instead of making your new potential clients feel uncomfortable and like I’m being scammed or something!! I will never go back and little does this lady know I am a local and I will tell everybody my honest experience there!! it’s really sad I went here specifically to support small business in my area and I feel totally jipped ☹️ Bad Way to...

I went here yesterday and as a old cosmetology student and a person who was about to get there license at one point, I’ve never been so upset at the fact these people charged a little 6-7 year old $50 for a one color mani then her mom then got a color she didn’t decide on, then when I asked about pricing the woman over the phone began to get a little irritated. There was no menu list or price list, then a woman who probably just had her baby a month came to relax and get her nails done when she went to pay they tried to charge her $70 for a coffin shaped style and gel white color and then when I tried to tell them there over charging people my friend was almost charged $70 also for ombré full set of acrylics (no gel) when I said I will be reporting them to the state board of cosmetology she chased me down the street and gave me $10 to never come back. One rule my teacher did teach me at my cosmetology school that all licenses need to be seen and I didn’t see one certification for not one thing. I would not recommend this place unless you wanna...

The lady who does the eyelash extensions will cause you to get a stye on your eye from using unclean and unsanitized tools at an unclean station from a previous nail customer.

She's too lazy to wash and sanitize her hands and workstation in between customers. She will try to send you out looking like who done it and why, if you don't check her work, especially when she's rushing to start the next nail customer.

If, she mess up and place the lash incorrectly, she will snatch it off quickly and reapply it and sometimes have trouble reapplying it because of snatching out your natural lash leaving you bald, but expect you to pay full price.

I had stopped going there for awhile. After, new COVID-19 mandates, I was sure she had gotten her act together. Nope. She still had the same old dried up lash glue on the same top she had used last time. She never clean it off. Still working from an unclean workstation. Had an alcohol spray bottle but didn't use it. I never go back...
