Main Street Pizza & Brewery — Restaurant in Lansdale

This is a restaurant my family and I frequently eat at because the food is half good and it’s convenient. Today I ordered $50 worth of food to be delivered. I paid a $2.95 delivery fee, a $1 fuel fee, a $1 credit card fee, and a tip. When the food arrived, the delivery driver called me and stated that he was outside and that he was sorry he left one of the items at the restaurant and that he would be right back. I told him that it was no problem and went in the house only to find that there was also an order of fries missing from my order. Just as I got the last item out of my bag, a completely different delivery driver rang my bell with the first missing item. I informed him about the fries and he told me to call the store. I told the polite young man answering the phone that I was missing the fries and I could hear his manager in the background say “ tell her I’ll give her a $2 credit we’re not going back there for fries.” Now I know this may be a small thing, and I’m normally not one to leave reviews, but it’s the principle and I feel as though I was not valued as a customer because of their mistakes. I was unable to enjoy my food that I just spent $50 on therefore, I will no longer be ordering from this establishment and they can keep their credit. I love spending money on food I...

Our 1st time coming here and ordering take out . Had got a coupon sheet in the mail. After driving around the block several times I finally found a parking spot. The Pizza Steak and Cheese Steak Hoagie were both stuffed full with meat and topped with tons of cheese . The rolls were super fresh and long too. We each only ate half and it was a belly full. Looking forward to reheating and eating the other halves today for lunch. Fantastic Steak sandwiches, we've both enjoyed every bite. The Breaded Fried Mushrooms were spot on too. Huge mushrooms and were served piping hot with ranch dressing. Used a heat bag to get everything home and still hot. Had also ordered a Chicken salad wrap on a flour tortilla,and it was huge too.! My daughter enjoyed half of it and saved the rest for her lunch the next day too. Definitely will be returning to try more from their menu. The only downfall is that I had forgotten about the mailed coupon in my coat. pocket. I'll use it later. We are going to be coming back here again and again for takeout! Job Well...

The experience and good are well worth the visit. My husband and I have enjoyed the take-out pizza during Lansdale Days. We moved to Lansdale and now are within their delivery area as well. However, the dine-in experience is even better than take out or delivery. One of the two managers served us both times we have dined in. The first time was in a comfy booth in a quiet area halfway back the restaurant. The second time, tonight (9/18/2014), was all the way to the back of the restaurant. The restaurant is beautiful and practical. The murals are exquisite European themes that you would expect in a fine, dine-in Italian restaurant. The serve was prompt, courteous, and not overbearing or neglectful. The food was delicious. I love home-style cooking and that is what I got.
