Worst customer service ever. I brought in a console to have a new disk drive put into it, the guy acted kinda rude but whatever. Fast forward 2 weeks and I don’t hear anything. So I call the guy. “I haven’t gotten to it” was the response “I should get to it next week.” So I give him a week and call him back. “ I got to the drive but it isn’t working, may be a switch on the board I’ll let you know”. Except he never let me know. I call him back two weeks later. “I’m just going to put it back together cause I can’t get it to work. You can buy a refurbished one from me” I said okay I’ll come pick it up in two weeks. I get there to pick it up during a time they’re open and they’re closed. So I call and no answer. He’s finally there 2 hours after opening and he said come back in an hour. Then he charges me $30 when I come back.

I finally got my console back after a month and now it doesn’t even try to read disks and overheats when trying to play any of my downloaded games. So essentially the thing is broken 100% now. It’s worse off than when I brought it in.

This guy doesn’t care, won’t call you back and then tries to rip you off. I wouldn’t give this guy a penny...

The guy with glasses “Eric” said he could fix my iPhone from water damage so I left it there to be fixed. Months go pass by & he’s not fixing my phone I have to check in every time here & there. Eventually, he says, he just changed the screen, but didn’t even fix the phone cause it can’t be fixed which is fine & didn’t charge me. I took this iPhone up the street around the corner to be looked at & the people told me that there were parts missing. I don’t recommend anyone to be going to that shop & get there personal electronic items to be looked at by him or anyone else who...

Worst customer service ever..guy had a game system I needed fixed for well over two years. Finally gave up on him. Every time I went in he said he hadn’t gotten to it yet. He doesn’t care..finally I asked for it back and he slammed it on the table on the back of his workbench before giving it back to me and broke it even more.Seems like in these reviews he only really caters to women or small simple repairs like a cell phone screen repair.
