Walked in and was denied service right away on a custom piece. The rep was very rude and even asked if I had any of his pieces and implied that I didn't have money as what I wanted done was going to be costly. And they tout Custom Work on their signs? And stated I could leave my piece to be looked at by another person and that IF I had a phone number to leave it. My wife loves that store and wanted a gift card there as well as the piece I wanted crafted for her Birthday this weekend. But now she wants no part of that place that insulted the hell out of us in under the minute we were there. My money is too Good for that place. We were there today...

Thank you Linda. Restored a "family piece" that my Grandpa made from the 80's. The prices are extremely reasonable and the work is impeccable so if you can "PAY IN CASH" so this local spot can avoid the credit card fees for processing. The price you are quoted includes tax so it's just right to pay in cash.

Our family will be bringing more pieces for restoration. Call and ask for Linda before you bring in a "repair piece" and make sure she's there to receive you.
