Only one representative she was on a facetime call on the computer with her kids since when i first walked in until I was finsihed with my purchase. The customer service in this store is horrible. There were 2 girls working. One if them named Kimberly was my representative. She wasn't really helpful. (For some reason) Unknown reason she told me that she has limited stock and she can't sell a sim to me. I was surprised.
