Burger King — Restaurant in Florida

Yesterday I had one of my worst experience at any restaurant. We stopped at Burger King just to get some chicken fingers and fries for my grandson. The person at the drive-through kept on asking me to repeat the order around six times in. I guess she couldn't hear me so I yelled the order then she got it second time I yelled. Drove up to second window where my husband paid. I was already upset because I had to yell. I just want to get my order and leave.Before you left supposed manager Marianna a young lady tells me Don't yell at my employees. I was shocked! Like I wanted yell ended up with a soar throat. I told her did you not hear she kept asking me to repeat my order. I wanted to come in to talk to them since we had cars behind us by then . She threatened to call the police. Never in my life have I gone through anything like that. I asked her name cause I will be reporting to corporate office. I didn't do review yesterday because I was so upset. Like I told her I am the customer. My husband was quite till she told us next time don't yell at her employees. He said we're not coming back here. I feel things could have been handled differently. Since the beginning employee should have asked us to pull up to window if she couldn't her. While we were at the window employees in the back were laughing. That was not professional behavior. Worse BK ever. Im actually considering turning around, heading to boynton beach, doing three U-turns and heading back past this Burger king just to get a decent wopper. The service is so bad you will end up saying your order at least three times, only to have to repeat it again after you drive up to pay. Last week I ended up waiting 7 minutes because apparently they had issues with the bun toaster. Understandable, but at least say it before you hand the food after waiting. This week, they got the size, order, and condiments wrong, but still charged me for the one I actually ordered. The food is crap. Either cold fries or fries with way too much grease, and the bun, just floppy.. Advice to all, skip this one. Either head back to the one on Boynton Beach, or keep driving till you get to...

Oh god the worst of all. I found MOLD! in my daughter's and i French Toast i couldn't believe it. I knew something was not quite right when i took the 1st bite something was grainy and tasted like dirt ( i mean we all know what dirt taste like from childhood lol) so i started thinking it doesn't say blueberry French toast on the menu because it had spots all inside of it. so i kept driving on the go and realized it wasn't a normal taste so i pulled over and took my daughters away too.
