I ordered three pairs of pajama pants at the 24th of November 2024 I messaged them on about December 10th. The original email said they would ship it within 1 to 2 days. It's now December 27th, they've never responded to my emails. They never sent my package or even an email with tracking numbers .
I had to call my bank and file a dispute for them their email put it in writing that they would ship it within 1 or 2 days and I haven't even gotten so much his reply let alone an email telling me the item shipped .
I paid them more money than I would if I just went to Walmart down the road and bought the same 3x pajama pants "Joyspun" was the brand, figured supporting small businesses was important. They charged me $11 shipping and $3 more for each one than what was on the sticker when I ended up going to Walmart and buying them which said $8.97 I paid them $11.99 each. And almost $11 shipping on three pairs of pajama pants . I emailed them about three times asking what the status of my order was I even want us as far as eventually canceling the order never got a refund or an email or any sort of anything I believe this place is nefarious I wouldn't shop there I don't know what this particular store is but their online web page and their email and that when I confirmed my purchase said they would ship it within 2 days and like I said it's after Christmas now and I never heard a response from their email address when I put contact us I called their store left a voicemail no return phone call numerous times so I would try to avoid this place as soon as as much as you can if possible because that likely you'll land up spending time with your credit card or bank trying to get your money back for something that they didn't send you... Your promise below is as bogus as your business. If you were serious about fixing the problem, you would stop taking folks hard earned money and orders until you can reliably fulfill their orders. Several months ago you promised to “ship another order and provide me with an update. Where is it? Your form letter below does not fix customer problems.
