Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Lantana

Absolutely not. I haven’t had Pizza Hut in maybe 5 years. I should have kept it going. One pizza was thin and hard, like an overbaked flatbread. It tasted like cardboard. The other pizza wasn’t crispy but it was a pan pizza. There was barely any sauce or cheese on that one. Even the boneless wings were bad. They weren’t tossed in any sauce. The sauce was barely coating the bottom of the package they came in. One of the dips was already opened and leaked over some of the food. The garlic cheese bread was the only thing that tasted right. Oh, and the soft drink. Also, I forgot that these pizza places now use a third party for delivery. My pizza was supposed to be delivered within 30 - 40 mins. DoorDash delivery was 15 mins past the delivery time in my email. He was literally stopped at someone else’s and spent over 5 mins “waiting” for them to answer the door. Since when does a delivery person wait that long? Pizza Hut used to be my favorite pizza chain but I can see now why no one ever wants to order from them. I should have read the...

They don't read their "delivery instructions". Ever. edit- Updated to 2 stars because most recently, when they sent me the wrong food, I called, and they offered to fix it without shouting at me first Frequently out of something. One time, all they had was thin crust. The time before that, no bread sticks. Last time, they were out of Mountain Dew, so the delivery driver came with no drinks, and not the appropriate change which I had noted he needed to bring. Some woman called me 10 minutes later, demanding to know why I "hadn't paid for my pizza." I told her, they had only brought half of my order, and no change. She demanded that I pay, which I was trying to do, and when I told her that I couldn't make my own change, she said, "fine, next time, you just won't get any food." Then some dude called, and asked me what I wanted to drink aside from Mountain Dew, as if the first conversation had never...

We waited over 20 minutes for our pickup order and were given the runaround!! We were in the drive-thru waiting in the car and were told 6 minutes, then 2 more minutes, then “oh, the system is down” 1 more minute! The guy never came back at that point. We had NO choice but to go inside to see what the hell was going on. Well, the manager was very rude to us and basically DENIED us service - even though our food was READY!! All because the payment system was down, which is NOT my problem! Meanwhile, another customer got his order in front of me and the manager kicked us out and said he was closing the store!!
