I love Papa John's but these people are incompetent. This is the first time I've ever made a review on here. That's how much this experience has irritated me.
If you have, on your website, a place for people to fill in what type of place they want their food to be delivered to, then you should know what type of place to expect.
I'm at work. I cannot answer my phone at any given time, only at very specific times. You're at work. You're diong your job. If you're a delivery driver, you should know your area well enough to be able to navigate through it without phoning your customer for help... OR get a GPS. It's pretty much standard on most all smartphones these days.
I sat here for over an hour, waiting for food. I felt my phone buzz against my leg FOUR times. In that time you easily could have typed the work address into your phone or GPS.
The next fun part was phoning in to just cancel the order and get my money refunded. One, on hold for over a minute without the other end being picked up to say they're busy and ask me if I could be placed on hold. Two, when this guy did finally pick up, he tried rebutting every single thing I said. Yes, I was annoyed. But hello, THIS IS THE ONLY ADDRESS IN THIS PLACE. Do NOT try and tell me that your driver went up to a home and knocked several times.
Your driver is a moron and didn't go to the right place. I don't know whose fault it is, yours or the company itself, for not giving you the information that I filled out.... ON THE WEBSITE that I was at work. Not a place of residence. But one could easily look at the street you're on and see it's not the same as what's on the receipt.
Did I mention that I work in customer service as well? If you worked where I worked, you would be booted out on your first day. Learn some more skills.

Read moreI ordered my original pizza at 7:50. The driver delivered it and we noticed that the pizza was made incorrectly. After a few attempts and phone calls we reached the GM Rob who apologized and said he would put it an order right away. At 9:30 we still had no pizza so I called the store and whom inquiring about the pizza the girl said oh we're sending a drive out now. When I asked why it's taken an hour to just now send a drier out and to speak with the manager the girl on the phone put me on hold without saying anything. I then asked to speak to the manager. When I spoke to the manager he asked what kind of pizza did you order (by his question I knew the pizza had not even been made yet). I asked for some type of credit and he said I'd have to call back and speak to Rob because the mess up was not on his shift. It is now 10:14 p.m. (45 min after speaking with the a second time and still no pizza). I live approximately 10 minutes from the store. I am highly disappointing with experience and do not intend on ordering again...

When I called Chris stated it was our fault even though it clearly states on my order receipt as well as the box the pizza what my pizza was supposed to be. When I ask him to fix it. He wouldn’t!
