Dollar Tree — Local services in Lantana

I would have given this store a -10 if possible. Visited 02/03/2022. Miranda the cashier told me any Christmas items I could find would be one cent. I asked if I could purchase items from the defective bin. She told me I might not want to but I could. As I was picking out my items manager "Rodger" came out and said I was not allowed to buy anything from the defective bin. I informed him that was not what his cashier said and that I was calling corporate. He ran into the back as I asked his name. HE then proceded to come out and tell me I would be charged $1.25 for the defective merchendise and any Christmas items. I spend thousands of dollars with the dollar tree a year and was prepared to spend around 100$ Tonight. HOWEVER THEN MIRANDA RAN ARROUND THE REGISTER AND LIED SSAYIING SHE DID NOT SAY THAT. Also that she does not care about this job anyways because it is her second job and she doesn't care if she gets fired or about her performance. I left the store without buying anything and will never enter another dollar tree. I would like rodger and Miranda fired and I would like a gift card for my embarisment and the utter disrespect shown a coustomer. I will continue to hound dollar tree corporate until this is resolved. DO NOT Spend your hard earned money at this or any other...

I love the location of this, but it is not always the most convenienced Dollar tree. The what looks to be the store manager or team lead, is always closing early. This is the third time that I've come here and it's been closed 10 minutes before the hour. I arrived 10 minutes before it's supposed to be closed and they had already locked. The doors they closed early is what he stated today. Last time they didn't even come to the door and for me it's convenient. When you have last minute things you want to run in and get the store should be open. Also, there's always only one person working at this location at the register. They never have two people. You'll see someone running around the store stocking shells or in the back or something, but no one else is on the register and for me I feel bad for the young lady that's working...

Very desapointe with the store first you can’t go with your backpack which is your purse because the store manager is afraid somebody is going to stole in the backpack I don’t think this a Dollar Tree corporate rules I’m go to others dollar tree and never never said I have to leave my backpack in front of the store with a cashier.

Second the island are never fix very messy you can see in the pictures . The manager should keep the store more tidy for customers more happy to find what they looking for .

And third for sure this will send to corporate this store haven’t doing any change.

Remember customers always comeback when the managers and staff are nice and the store is...
