I had to put this in right away!! I just had the most smashing experience since I lost my V... well you get it. ANGEL from #vapeplusglass (the best vape shop I've gone to! ) just educated me beyond my wildest expectations. I've gone in b 4 and he'd shocked me with his nicotine knowledge but today Angel blew my mind. He had answers to questions I didn't even know I had until we started talking. His unparalleled thought process about everything from cbd to how the individual strains of each cannibinoid effect you is insane. He can break down every flower to gummy to vape cost to value in his head. He spent at least an hour telling me everything i didn't know I needed to know. With hid tutelage I was confident in the best selection for my specific needs and which had the best flavors and apparatus. Angel is friendly, very smart and very well versed in everything vape plus has to offer. AND it's literally the best products I've found anywhere in the area. He's Great!!!

The manager Morgan is the absolute worst. Not only is she always in the back room watching TV, but she will keep customers waiting for her to come to the register for 10-15min at a time, she also never ID's customers, and most of all, she treats her coworkers like complete garbage threatening to call the cops on them for absolutely nothing. Gary the newest employee is actually a really great guy and very informative of the product. You can tell he actually takes pride in working there. Good luck trying to get any questions answered if Morgan is working. A simple question such as "what vape would you suggest?" Will be answered with "ugh I don't know." Or "just pick one" while she sucks her teeth. Thats if she doesn't just kick you out of the store for no reason other than asking about the product. She is extremely unprofessional and down right rude. If I were the owner, I would most definitely reevaluate who I have holding the keys while not present. YOU ARE LOSING BUSINESS BY HAVING HER THERE. MULTIPLE PEOPLE HAVE HAD THE SAME...

I don't give reveiws often but after my experience with this store I believe it absolutely deserves the credit. I walked in and was immediately greeted by a gentleman by the name of Patrick whom was extraordinarily helpful in locating a specific coil that is extremely difficult to locate in this particular area of Palm beach county. Patrick assisted me with locating the proper product for my mod and even went as far as cleaning out my mod for me before installation and provided me with answers to my concerns with my mod. Patrick also provided useful and helpful tips of how to properly maintain my mod which was deeply appreciated. I'm relatively new to vaping and after this recent experience at Vape Plus Glass I will definitely be doing business with this location only from here on out. The level of above and beyond customer service and care I received that day had exceeded my expectations and I'm happy to have found such a great place to do business.
