Zero stars. Read to the end, will save you some trouble here... This pharmacist is a joke. I am being overcharge d for my medication (through insurance) and she wouldn't even hear me out. She just kept repeating that she can't change the price. She said she called the insurance and she couldn't even give me a straight answer about what they said. I asked her to please call again and offered to send/show them the prices I should be paying, but she said she's not calling them again. Said I had to figure it out myself. It takes very little effort to even just pretend you sympathize with a suffering patient.. This pharmacist, and the other staff, too, do not care about patients. Just pushing buttons and going home. They screwed up THREE of medication refills and have been in horrible pain and overdue by over a week... This is a DOCTOR we are talking about... Best part: I had to call to babysit them checking if the Authorization from insurance went through and was told 3 separate times: no. Spoke to my doctor and it's been approved for days! Pharmacy just didn't refresh their page! They did not care, either. Go somewhere else.They are INCOMPETENT and CLOSE MINDED. Can't...
