KFC — Restaurant in Lantana

I REALLY WISH I HAD THE POWER TO GIVE A NEGATIVE FIVE (-5) STAR ☆. Service is terrible, customer service knowledge is terrible too. THE MANGER ( I DONT HAVE HER NAME ) DOES NOT HAVE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE KNOWLEDGE OR EXPERIENCE. In this situation the correct thing to do would be overide the system enter it in manually but that just goes over her head. DO NO go in there with a digital coupon they will not honor it nor will they try to get a digital scanner for coupons for kfc customers to used on their purchases. I've TRIED WAITING 4 MONTHS for them to get a DIGITAL SCANNER and nothing I thought the point of having a business was to give good customer service to their patrons but I guess that's not there concern at this KFC LOCATED in Lantana Florida. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE GOING TO THIS KFC LOCATION SERVICE TOTALLY...

I ordered a family meal. 12 pieces mixed chicken, 3 large sides, with some cookies. KFC always shorts the Gravy so I ordered extra. This is not the first time I have had issues with KFC, but it will be the last time! I got three half full large mashed potatoes . So I have an excess amount of useless gravy! Also, the chicken skin was undercooked and tasted like I was eating wet flour! Disgusting! I called and spoke to whoever answered the phone and I asked them since I paid an extra $14.00 for delivery to have some more mash delivered she said she could refund me for half the mash! What a joke. I then went to feed my family and they said the chicken tasted funny, and low and behold the crust was raw! Never will I ever order from KFC again! And the dumbtard in customer service is just as useless!...

The food is usually good, I’ll give them that but this specific location kinda just does whatever they want without the courtesy of letting their customers know… in all the times I’ve gone there, we’ve NEVER received the correct sides or we just don’t receive them at all and have NEVER been told they were out even when we go back in to ask for them.. this time around we’ve apparently discovered another weak point.. they can’t count to 8.. I understand it’s a fast food place but I didn’t think I needed to count individual chicken nuggets before leaving the drive through like some kind of nugget crazy person to make sure I got what I paid for. we’re giving up on this...
