I recently had a fantastic experience at AutoZone and I cannot praise their team enough for their exceptional customer service. From the moment I walked into the store, I was greeted with a warm welcome and a genuine willingness to assist me with any automotive needs I had.

The staff at AutoZone truly care about helping their customers. They went above and beyond to ensure that I found the right parts and tools for my car. They patiently listened to my concerns and provided expert advice, making sure I had all the necessary information to make an informed decision. Their extensive knowledge and experience in the automotive industry were evident, and I felt confident in their recommendations.

What impressed me the most was the dedication of the employees to assist me with a specific problem I was facing. I have been forced to pay $259.28 due to the inability of your employees to install a battery correctly. Long story short (long story is on your facebook page and other websites as well) the employee fried out my alternator fuse somewhere between talking on the phone to his friends while banging on my car with sparks flying trying to get in a battery that was the wrong size because the 'computer' gave the wrong info and still talking on the phone to friends, banging on my car and battery terminal with speaks flying during the i stallion of the second battery that 'computer' told him was right this time.

Victory the store manager refused to acknowledge that anything was done improperly and even with my multiple receipts for the two batteries I was advised to purchase and the invoice with explanation of why the alternate fuse was blownot still stuck by his favorite phrase of, "you can't prove it".

So, I write this in the hopes that any person who is trying to decide if having a battery installed at Autozone is the way to go, will decide against it. Do yourself a favor and have a trained mechanic install the battery for you. I was surprised at the dealership when they told me the price they would have charged me to replace my battery...it was cheaper than Autozone! I would have saved money on the battery and wouldn't have been out almost $300 to fix someone else's mistake. Apparently, I was lucky that his mistake only cost me that as the dealership had seen far more expensive damages done to cars from improperly installed batteries by untrained and ill suited parts store employees. By far one of the BEST experiences I have ever had within the many trials of attempting to do business and actually getting it done! With Individuals whom were not only willing to go above and beyond to gather, cross reference and confirm information being provided before actually receiving the true nature of assistance. I had already been blown out my socks compared to the below sub-par "assistance" you get from the MANY other locations across the region of Florida! By far this is the type of service experience set way apart from the rest that these guys at this location nailed it with there eyes close without it ever feeling unnatural or irritating. Took the time to listen and became the true heroes WE never expect in times of just simply wanting to resolve a simple problem.
