Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Lantana

Every time we come here it’s terrible. The first time they legitimately told us they were not going to be cooking for the rest of the evening and it was only 8:30. Then today we place an online order at 7:30 so they can’t tell us that they’re “only selling what’s already been cooked,” we ended up trying to get in, the door was locked. Then we ended up having them tell us and everyone else their system is down and they’re not accepting orders but if there was an order already placed then maybe it came through. We stated that we received confirmation the order was ready for pick up and then they couldn’t find it. Miraculously about 3 minutes later someone else tells us they’re waiting on the cheese bread.

The pizza really wasn’t even cooked all the way, they didn’t cut it properly. All in all this one is by far the worst save your time and your money. They have a bunch of rude teenagers running this store...

Me and my wife ordered before they close before 935 and they close at 10pm. I got there at 959 probly 10pm I saw them turning the light off and I rushed to the door knocked. She the lady that work there just kept saying we closed I said we had ordered I just want to pay for the pizza she kept saying we closed. Did not even atleast want to hear me own n looked a bit upset or something but I went back to the car it was 10:02.... i mean I think if you had already made the 2 pizza for me all I have to do is pay n be on my way that would take less then 30sec. I am now thinking that the pizza I ordered probly was not even made . I know customer service is suppose to atleast look like but that was not customer service. I am very disappointed and I used to love lil ceaser.

It's not the first time I've had a bad experience . I do not wish for anyone to get fired but at least work on the customer...

Worst experience ever. First off they had a bunch of young kids working there that didn’t even look the age of kids that can work. Second they told me my order would be done in 10 mins I did not receive my order for over 50 mins.they kept ignoring me and everytime a hot and ready pizza would go in the case they would give it to the first person in the cashier line instead of the people that ordered. They were to consumed with online orders they wouldn’t make orders for people waiting in the lobby. I watched tons of people walk out because they didn’t have hot and ready pizza and they didn’t want to wait. I learned something new today if little Caesar’s doesn’t have hot and ready pizza just walk out or you will never receive your food while you watch everyone else walk out with there...
