I absolutely love going to Rooted!! Phoenix always has a happy and welcoming smile after a long day which definitely never fails to brighten my experience everytime. He could not be nicer and more respectful in ways which makes all the difference for me to when staying for a while. As well as being an excellent kava-tender who is quick, efficient, thorough in knowledge of products and always has good suggestions, I appreciate the time he takes to make a quality drink just the way I order or better. Kayla is another amazing kava- tender who never disappponts with what I order who I love spending time to come to see. Kayla is very respectful and always has a positive vibe. She is also very informative on different products I may try that I have never had. Atmosphere is always amazing with the different venues/ activites that are going on for each day/night which makes it a fun place...

I’ve been coming here for a few years now because I was tired of the clicky drama filled kava community that is abundant in the south Florida scene. The kava tenders and regulars that frequent rooted feel like a family and a close community. In fact the owner has a brunch at the last Sunday of every month to give back to the community. The prices for their teas and kava is also reasonable and a great value. I enjoy talking to Logan, Alex, and Kayla as they truly engage with you and have great conversations and laughs. My favorite part is being able to decompress here after a long work day and playing pool which they have tournaments and an assortment of events on their event board. This place was just what I needed after being so isolated during the pandemic. Rooted Kava has great kava n teas. They have many flavors and sugar free ones too. The kavatenders always make me feel welcome. They have good happy hour specials too. My background - I worked in an office for 20+ years. My company sent everyone home in March 2020. I never realized how unnatural it feels to not socialize with real people in person during the day. I got sick of being in the house on a computer all day. Since I stopped drinking alcohol a few years before, I don't hang out long in regular bars. I discovered Rooted Kava a year and a half into the pandemic. I'm so glad that I did.
