I had a nice experience at first but the tech was a bit to rough for me I have scratches across the top of my left foot from the hard scrubbing. After that the tech tried to charge me twice. Update: see how quickly you are to lie, my husband didn't have any cuts or scratches on his feet, the lady who did him was very gentle with him and yes she used a brush. That Pic is of my foot not his, and your tech did try to charge me twice, the first payment was marked complete with tip included and then she tried to print out the receipt and then she claimed that the payment was incomplete and showed me the screen to which I pointed out the my first payment was completed and I had to pull up my banking information to show where the money had been drafted from my account and then your tech tried to get me to pay again away and said that I would be refunded if I did it to make sure that the payment processed and I refused. Came in for a pedicure with my mom & brought my 2 week old newborn baby in her car seat. They had me put her car seat on the pedicure chair next to mine and after a few minutes she started to cry. I had my feet in the water and apologized profusely because I couldn’t immediately get up to pick her up. Kim immediately reassured me it was okay and asked if I wanted to hold my baby. I said yes & she went over to the car seat and gently picked up my baby and handed her to me. It brought tears to my eyes, I could sense she was a mom and she made me feel so comfortable. My baby slept the entire time. I really enjoyed my pedicure done by Rose! The salon was clean & nicely decorated. We went at 5pm on a Wednesday and there was only one other customer in the shop. I was excited to experience this salon especially after not having acrylic nails for almost 8 years. I had confused this salon with another salon I used to frequent but decided to keep the appointment. Immediately noticed the prices were really high but I decided to proceed. What a mistake. They kept taking other customers over my daughter even though we had an appointment. We ended up being there several hours after closing. My daughters nails were different lengths and she nor I got the colors or designs we asked for. My nail polish was also lumpy. I decided not to return. I now have a fungus on my once healthy nails. I have been getting my nails done since I was 14 including at the Walmart nail salon and have never experienced a fungus before.
