I'm giving 3 stars for now, when we try again that may change.
To start, the place is loud, you have to really raise your voice and listen carefully to hear the employees. The set up is confusing, you start at one end where you have a menu and tell the person what you want (we ordered for 4) then you move over to another person who asks you what veggies you want on it. You can't see the toppings and there is no topping list so unless you know the place, you have to specifically ask what the topping choices are. Mayo is considered a topping so keep in mind you won't have mayo unless you ask. They automatically toast your sandwiche which is a bummer, if I'd of known I would have asked not to toast it. Then you move to a third person at a register who has no idea what you got so you have to repeat your entire order to that person which is not very efficient. The counter space is non existent and they just hand you all of your items. After noticing the counter was full the girl asked if we wanted a bag so we had to hand everything back for her to bag it. The kids meals come with apple sauce cookies and a fountain drink or a full sized water (I think that's odd). I was also charged a "chip & drink combo" price on top of my $10 regular sized sandwhich but did not get a drink or chips so I suppose I need to go back to get my $5 back.
Being new, you expect some inefficiency and confusion so we will go back in a month or so when they hopefully get their stuff together and reevaluate our opinions. The sandwiches were ok, definitely need to step up their game to compete with the 5 other places within a mile of them selling better quality sandwiches. The Mac n cheese was very good, just a really...

So, for starters if there are a few people inside it can be kinda loud and hard to hear giving your order and receiving your order. My order was a skinny, (the smallest sandwich) chips and a drink. My total was $11.59! This would have been adequate if there was more meat and cheese. I got the Italian. It was like a half slice of cheese, a half slice of mortatella, half slice of cappicola, and half slice of salami. Then you pick your toppings from a healthy array of items, and italian seasonings. You can choose oil, but no vinegar. And unless you choose the italian seasons, there is no salt and pepper. I didnt care for the bread, sorry but I prefer Amoroso rolls, Soft on the inside and crusty on the outside. Its clean, when they were not busy. Someone came out and washed the tables off with A LOT OF WATER. Thats ok, we dried it off. Also, the guy running the show seems like he had a little too much coffee. Once the people running his business get the hang of it, they will be able to weed out the weak from the workers. So far they are attentive and good. We always try to give a new place twice and see if they are worst, better or outstanding. So we will be back to...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreFirst time visit and unfortunately our last. It was a bit expensive for the quantity and quality that we received. I got the prime rib sandwich, and it was very fatty. I found a piece of cartilage in it which wasn't appetizing. I know prime rib has fat around the edges but you would think that for a sandwich, you would trip that off. The meat wasn't really seasoned but the garlic aioli was good with it. My husband got the cubano and he said it was okay but it tasted like a ham sandwich. He got the big sandwich and I had the regular which wasn't much different in size. Same amount of meat but a little more bread. Decided to try the banana pudding shake and it wasn't shake consistency. It was like milk that tastes like banana pudding. We tried the white mac and cheese and it tasted like microwaved school mac and cheese. The chicken pot pie was the best item on the menu. It was...
