I had the absolute best experience there yesterday and felt so taken care of from the moment I walked in. Michael has been my main point of contact, and he went above and beyond—bringing in specific bags I was looking for and even suggesting others I hadn’t considered so I could make an informed decision on a big purchase. He was thoughtful, knowledgeable, and truly invested in helping me find the right fit.

Dustin, the store manager, was so kind and professional. You can tell he leads by example—the whole vibe of the store is warm and welcoming. Frankie did my bag evaluations and was fast, efficient, and just really sweet to work with. I was nervous about selling my bags, but he ensured they would go to a good home and made me feel confident about the process since it was my first time cosigning bags.

CONSIGNORS BEWARE. I recently brought a pair of lovely black suede dress sandals to the RealReal store in Marin. So pretty, but I wanted them to have a new home. They make it easy to consign and then....your merchandise disappears. Not kidding. First, they decide to return the shoes to me with no reason/explanation. Then they put them in shipment back to me. THEN I'm notified that the carrier damaged them, so they're now "undeliverable." WHAT DOES THAT MEAN??? I can’t even have them back and gladly would have, because they were beautiful). Now they will pay (a nominal?) commission. I worked at this same mall for 5 years. I trusted this store, and now I feel not only scammed but betrayed. The most inept customers service, much less a luxury re-seller. ANY other carrier would have gotten this right, from USPS to the Pony Express. RIP, Manolo Blahniks,...
