Having a super painful experience with a return. My husband bought me a sweater for Xmas from the Larkspur store. He got the Cable Cocoon Cardigan and it wasn’t the one I wanted but it also showed pilling already and it’s very itchy. When I went to the store to return it for the sweater I wanted (didn’t even want a refund), she told me it shows obvious signs of wear and she couldn’t accept it back. All the tags were on it and I explained that must’ve been how he received it because I had not worn it. Was told to contact their customer service and maybe they could help me. I’m working with their customer service dept now and they are now making us jump through hoops to prove the purchase even though I forward the Apple Pay charge for the exact amount of the sweater I have. All I wanted was to get the sweater I had wanted originally but now I don’t want to do business with this company. The personnel at the store pretty much told me I was lying to them. And now the Customer Service is making it sound as if it was stolen to prove the purchase. The tags were still on it, and I not only showed them the credit card charge but also the receipt (thank goodness my husband found it). At this point, I can share that the item I received was not good quality and the service has been terrible and a process. I initially got the Shearling Clogs but they attracted so much dust and fur that I exchanged them for the Shearling Lined Clogs in my normal size.
