Tire Sales Tony — Local services in Larkspur

I went to get 4 tires installed and they said they were going to charge me $160, which I thought was a lot but I needed the tires mounted. It took them about 15 which was very nice and so I went and paid them, once I get in my car and start reversing the car won’t move, so I look under and I see that the 2 front wheels were touching the calipers which to be fair that was on me, but what surprised me was that when they mounted the 2 front tires they didn’t see that the calipers were touching. So I asked the younger mechanic if it would be possible to put the 2 front old rims back on the truck so that I am able to back it out of the shop, and he says sure that will be $60! I was so shocked that they were charging me once again for a mistake that they did. I told him that it was unacceptable for charging me that much and he told me that he will do $40 without balancing the wheels, I was very disappointed because I’ve always came here to change my tires and tony as always been so nice and good at doing is job. At the end I was charged $200 for putting 4 tires on a car... I will not return to...

I changed one of my tires and I thought it was a good service. Then we needed to change the 4 tires of our second car and I suggested this place. We payed almost 1k for the new tires. After doubting a bit because of the price the guys got upset because we were in doubt. We decided to do the job there, but then our low tire pressure warning is still on. We came back, the guy gave a really really bad service in a very rude way and he told us it was our fault because we took the car to the dealer…. The car was taken before he changed the tires. Tires are fine, prices are good, but honestly, the people that work there are rude and don’t solve after coming problems related to the services given for customers.

Got a used tire. I understand there is no gauranteed. Spent $50. Air was leaking from nozzle and I had to fill it everyday. Took it back and they replaced nozzle. Charged me $25. Now anytime on freeway the wheel shakes trembles unsafe. Take it back. The punk tries to charge me for a wheel balance that he obviously didn’t do the first time. At this point I got a Mexican that obviously hates white guys and is being mean and coarse for no reason. Mean curt and wouldn’t look me in my eyes. Mind you this guy is not the owner or his son. It’s just some punk that helps him run his business. Will not go back. Pay extra to get good work where they actually care about you and...
