My husband, son and I went to the movies in las cruces tonight to watch Tomb Raider.. when we purchased our tickets, the lady at the counter asked if we wanted to sit in handicapped seating at the top. She had noticed my husband was in a wheelchair. We said yes that would be great.. when we went in and sat in the chairs at the top of the room, including my husband that transferred from his wheelchair to the theater seAts, a man came in and told us we were in his seats, they are assigned...I went out to talk to the man that takes the tickets and he said we have 1,2 and 4. Went back in got my husband back in his wheelchair only to find out chair number 2 was a space against the wall. No chair for my husband... he had to sit in his wheelchair for the whole movie..
