From nuts and bolts, to security camera systems, from angle grinders, to drill presses you will most likely find exactly what you're looking for at harbor freight tools! From generic and affordable to good and expensive they have a variety of brand names to choose from wether you're looking to buy top of the line quality tools, or save money on a generic brand name its all here at harbor freight, and for the affordable price you can pay, the quality of the generic and store brand tools us beyond outstanding! They definitely do the job they were made for and save you time and money. The store is very clean and well kept for a hardware store. The staff is super friendly and helpful and will direct you to exactly what you're looking for and answer any questions about the items in the store. The only teeny tiny drawback is the store is kinda small, and for most items, theres only one or two pegs full of any particular tool or accessories, in the entire store! So whatever it is you're looking for will most likely be gone before you get there, so get there fast! It would be nice to see a bit more of certain items than they currently have available to the public. But that's a miniscule drawback concerning the overall selection, prices, and outstanding quality of everything. So in short;...... I love this store! Its like a toy store to me! Everytime I go I just want to buy the entire store! Or maybe just live there and wake up to Christmas every morning! 5 stars! Keep up the good work...
Read moreI visited the Harbor Freight store yesterday to pick up a Car Code Reader. I had a 20% coupon on me that i got in the mail that said 20% off any one item. I read the bottom and it did not say anything else besides you cannot combine it with other percent offers. I approached the check out register 1 and gave it to the cashier Rebecca and she informed me that the Zurich code reader did not apply to the 20% off. All she did was tell me and point at it on the coupon i read it and it did not say that it did not apply to the product. Rebecca asked if i would like to get a different code reader and i said no. She then read the fine print aloud to me but before that she did a huge huff and puff because i told her it did not say anything like that on the coupon, Rebecca was very rude and impolite. She did not help me out very much but instead wanted me to spend more money on a code reader rather then help me out and let me know what the fine print said and if i had a certain price frame i wanted to stay in. This customer service was very bad and i really do not appreciate it. Many jobs you cannot huff and puff in front of the customer and not begin to think you won't get a complaint. Overall i did not have a pleasant experience at this location, which explains why they are hiring. I did not feel treated like family not one bit. I also had my partner and sister in law with me and they sure did not appreciate the service at...
Read moreI had an awful experience at Harbor Freight on 1/2/25. The employee, Shawanda, who was covered in tattoos, asked for my phone number at checkout when I was purchasing an item. When I declined to provide it, she started arguing with me about it, stating "you will see what happens if you don't give your phone number." Her unprofessional behavior escalated to the point where another customer approached me and got involved, and a physical fight almost started. This level of hostility and lack of customer service is completely unacceptable. I have the right to refuse giving my phone number without being harassed or creating a scene. This is not the first time I’ve had an issue with this particular cashier—it’s the second time she’s acted this way. I’ve shopped at Harbor Freight locations all over the U.S. and have never been given a hard time about not providing my phone number when purchasing items. This type of hostility can lead to violence and creates an unsafe environment for customers. I've worked retail jobs to put myself through college and if I acted the way I was treated by this cashier, I would have be disciplined or possibly fired on the spot. Good customer service is the key to retaining customers. I will never shop at this...
