I also wish I could take stars away! This company has no word to what they are offering. It took a month to get everything installed and still now it's over the month and our phone line still is not working. I called Abraham several times since giving him the go on the changes and he would pond me off to someone else that when she would call us she would be very unprofessional and seemed very lost as if it was her first day on the job plus both employees seemed to not care about the customer and just worried about making the sell. I was given excuses after excuses for reasons on why we didn't have things done and even told by Abraham himself through text that it was our own fault and that some how I was canceling the installations and I was not informed and was left waiting all day for no one to show up and loosing time at work and waisting days. I also was charged from my bank account right away with auto withdrawal before even seeing a statement from the companies we went with and not the three weeks later like I was explained by Abraham was how it would work. This leads me to believe that this company and employees have no idea how things work with the companies they are selling us on. I was also never informed that I would be paying any installations fees and that was what I had to pay and that was not cheap or easy to swallow especially since I still had to keep my old service until this new service was in place so I ended up paying almost triple the regular monthly fees just this month alone but Abraham would just shut me down by saying he gave us a rebate for the inconveniences but I have yet to see it and like I keep saying it's been over a month now fighting with MVS to have at least seen my so called rebate come as promised. I also never ended up with a contract from MVS which I was told by Abraham I would get as proof that my prices would never change as long as I have this contract but after everything that has happened, I don't believe anything from MVS and still to this day no one has called to check on us to see how the services have been from MVS and they have my cell number but you can bet I have already had to make two payments for my services that I have only had for one month! I am very dissatisfied and if you can avoid the headache from this company please do by all means necessary! Tal later came and put my satellite dish on a metal Pole in about a 17 inch hole that he filled with some expanding foam liquid. About 3 months later, the phone broke loose and in May of this year. I called he's net to have my dish reinstalled because every time it storms.Or gets windy.My satellite dish is blown around.And I have to go out and read connected to the signal manually by hand. The initial appointment was for the middle of June. They never showed up. They sent me a text message a few days later. Letting me know that my appointment had been rescheduled for July and July. They did the same thing the day after they were supposed to be there. They sent me a text message saying that the installer couldn't be there. They canceled again and rescheduled me for August in August. They texted me the day off to let me know that the installer wouldn't be there that I had to wait until September. And September, they changed my date 3 times and never showed up for any of them.Same thing in October.They changed my date twice and then when I told him that I wasn't gonna be able to be there They canceled my order.So I called use that back.It's now November 1st I called Hughes net last week.They made me a new appointment for November 4th, the day after I made a new appointment.This company switched my appointment to 2 days later. Every time I call to try and talk to a supervisor or speak to someone in charge. The receptionist who is a guy named Jay will never let me talk to anybody. He always tells me that no one's available. He won't give me. He says this is the only phone number and that he's the only person that I can talk to I have called at least 15 times over the last 6 months trying to talk to a supervisor back in August. A supervisor called me and assured me that my appointments would not be canceled again and that the installer would be there, this was a lie. I guess my real question is why can't I speak to anybody except the receptionist? He told me it's against company policy to tell me the supervisor's name. I spoke to Jay yesterday on October 31st 2024 to find out why they were re. Scheduling my appointment once again. Read moreWhen DirecTV moved to ATT, they stopped RVers from changing their service address to get locals where they are traveling. I wanted to dump DTV and install DISH so I went to Mesilla Valley Satellites to buy my equipment. Mike helped me out and was very knowledgeable. He sold me what he said was a Hopper w/Sling, a Joey 3 and a dish/lnbf for my existing tripod. I installed everything in my rig and got it all working fine that evening. When I went to connect to internet, there were no wireless settings in the menu. That's when I started investigating what he sold me. What he actually sold me for $250 was a Hopper 1. No Sling. I was pissed. He knew I wanted the built-in wireless that the Hopper w/Sling has. When I called him about it, he said no they don't have any Hopper w/Sling, I must have misunderstood. I remember him telling me w/Sling, and he wrote Hopper w/Sling on the receipt he wrote. I hate liars who take advantage of people. Will never go here again. Also he charged me $150 for the Joey 3 and $175 for the dish/lnbf. Also a ripoff but one I deserve for not checking other places in town.
