I’m so sad, and in a way, feel bad posting this review, but I really don’t want anyone to go through what I’m going through.

If you plan to get hair extensions, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE do your research and educate yourself on the type of hair extension that you want and make sure it’s right for you. I’ve had tape in extensions in the past and wanted something new so that my hair looked more full. I am currently suffering from postpartum hair loss, which was diagnosed by my doctor, and my stylist was made aware that I have postpartum hair loss and that I had damaged, previously treated hair. I assumed that because I disclosed all of this information and was completely honest with my hair history and medical history, that whatever was recommended to me, would be safe and work for me. The micro link itip hair extensions were recommended to me and I was all in. I was struggling to figure out if I wanted 20in or 24in. I was going to get 20in and I believe it was the owner who said she highly suggested the 24in extension, so I caved and got the 24in. I was told that they may feel uncomfortable and it’s normal for them to fall out. I accepted this and just let everything be. Well now, less than 1 month later, 62 of my extensions have fallen out with all of my natural hair attached to them. I have HUGE bald spots all over my scalp from my hair being pulled out. I have followed my care instructions to a T and my hair is still coming out. I saw my PCP and my dermatologist, both of which have hair extensions, both of which said that my salon should NEVER have recommended these extensions to me, let alone urging me to buy the super long and heavy ones. They said that my stylist should have informed me of the danger of these extensions and how badly they could damage my scalp. I’m so sad. I was sooooo excited to have these extensions put in and they looked so beautiful and I finally felt confident, but now, I’m sitting here crying because I have bald spots all over my head and my hair is destroyed. 😔 Please please make sure you educate yourself on the extensions you want before...

I got my hair done here before about 3 years ago and they did a great job creating a design in it. I came back to get a simple haircut and couldn't remember the person who I saw when I called to make an appointment until I walked in and saw her. I told them that that's the person I saw before, so they decided to put me back with her. However, they kept going back and forth at least 3 times about who was going to take me before one of them finally took me back....so, I kinda felt like I was bothering them. Anyway, they take me back, I show them a picture of what I want. While she is cutting my hair, she makes no attempt to talk to me at all. It's literally the quietest haircut I've ever gotten, but it's ok. She finishes cutting my hair and styles it. My hair is really thick, so it was really bulky towards the ends, and longer in the back then expected, but I guess I can deal with that. The surprise is at the end when she gives me my total...$57 for a simple haircut... nothing special at all and could've been better! Not the friendliest and not the most welcoming. My prior experience was way better than this one. I will unfortunately...

I had a appointment today march 23, 2016 at 10am. I came in to get an eyebrow waxing and my eyebrows just needed to be cleaned up. Ive been getting my eyebrows waxed for years they have a perfect shape that im happy with. But after getting waxed here my eyebrows look completely different from eachother. My left eyebrow had way to much hair removed and she said she was just following the line but if she was then my eyebrows would have the same line as eachother. I just told her to stop and she could just finish trimming them. This is worst eyebrow experience i have ever had. My left eyebrow has completely been butchered, im going to have to go buy product to cover all my missing hair on that side, until it grow out which by how much was taken off could take up to 2 months. Overall im completely unsatisfied with this place for eyebrow services and will never be coming back or recommending this...
