Customer service was poor. We asked an associate to help us and she walked away and didn't come back. The other female working there was wearing sweatpants and looked so unprofessional that we didn't even know she worked there. Finally, at check out, the cashier assisted us and we did make a fragrance purchase. We bought a $100 gift card for my granddaughter who lives in another state. Only store my highschooler will shop from, love there back to school sales or their clearance selection great price for the quality of their brand. never had a bad experience in store or online and being a gold member had nice perks always free shipping which can add up from other retailers especially when your buying a item or 2 and need to pay 10 or so to ship nice way to save,& even more of reason to shop online also returns are easy and always in your favor. very helpful...
