I’m writing this review out of genuine concern after a disappointing and frankly disturbing experience at this location. Not only was I treated rudely and ignored during my visit—completely disregarded by the staff—but when I asked to speak with or get the name of the district manager to report the unprofessional conduct, I was told, “I can’t tell you that for safety purposes.”
Let me be clear: this is not classified information. Customers have a right to know who oversees a location when they’ve experienced mistreatment. That response came across as evasive and condescending, as though accountability is optional here.
It’s one thing to have an off day—it’s another to act like basic customer service, like greeting someone or acknowledging a complaint, is a burden. If this is the culture being modeled and protected by management, it says a lot about the priorities at this store.
