I went here today at 11:30am and sat in the drive thru for 30minutes. My order ended up being about $43.23 in which after receiving my order, I noticed 2 breakfast jacks were missing. I’m now angry because I’ve been waiting 30 minutes and receive an incorrect order. I go into the restaurant and request to have my order fixed. The manager on duty ignores me in which I have to get her attention. I tell her my issue then she doesn’t respond and walks away. I am now infuriated at this time in which I get another workers attention and re-explain my issue. She doesn’t apologize or anything and just ask to see my receipt. I go to my car to look and that’s when I noticed he never handed me a receipt. So I go back in the store and inform them I was never handed a receipt but can she please reprint the receipt so she can see the order. She then replies and says “You never ordered from us and you didn’t pay” at this point I am now very angry in which I pull my phone out to go to my bank transactions and inform her the charge is literally right here. I also brought the food back in the building in which she let her ego control the situation and continued to say I never paid and I never ordered. So after a few times she then says she’s calling the cops. She called the cops but I left because my kids and wife were at home ready to eat and I didn’t want to waste any more time. I didn’t assault anyone, didn’t destroy the establishment, I am a customer that paid in good faith in which my order was incorrect. The customer service was very bad there she was also huffing and puffing while I was ordering as if I was ordering to many items.
That being said, as a known local that has been coming to this location for years, I will not be returning after today. Also would like to speak with management or someone that can correct this issue, cause once I requested to have a managers number for a complaint , she decline my request and called the cops on me. I look forward to hearing something because I am still very unhappy. Read moreService was absolutely horrible. I was in the driver's seat trying to mediate between my severely ill father who was telling me what he wanted, and the person at the drive thru. Every time my father tried telling me what he wanted, the person at the mic kept interrupting by saying "sorry I can't hear you," when I actually wasn't talking to them yet. I tried telling them to hold on while my father spoke to me so that I can then reiterate it back to them, but this was causing too much confusion for them. Not a big deal, it happens. But this eventually led to someone else coming to the mic. This guy had a real bad attitude and was very curt and impatient, which was especially unnecessary since I was the only person in the drive-thru. All dad wanted was a croissant with bacon egg and cheese and a side of hash browns. Well apparently it doesn't come that way, and it comes with ham. When I asked if they can just make it with bacon egg and cheese without the ham, he copped an attitude again and said "well then I have to charge you separately for each ingredient in the croissant", as he proceeded to list every ingredient a la carte. At this point, it seemed like he was overcomplicating things on purpose, so we just left. Next time, I will either go to a different JITB with better employees, or more likely I'll just go somewhere...
Read moreThe employees at this location really need to brush up on their customer service skills. We asked for extra pickles on our sandwich and they tried to charge us for them. When we asked the drive thru cashier about the charge ( we have never been charged for them before) he simply said " yeah I promise you we charge for them" followed by "is everything good with your order" (referring to the screen) at which point we clearly said no and he sent our order through anyway. When we got to the window the manager tried to make us happy by giving us a 20% discount, but did explain that the reason why we may have not been charged extra before was because they are a franchise vs. corporate. Not to mention he was very polite and didn't make any remarks as we drove away even though the people in my car said some very vulgar remarks. I would give more stars, but the drive thru cashier was pretty rude and could have explained ( just as the manager did) the charge a little bit better instead of being so...
