Taco Bell — Restaurant in Las Vegas

I am a very fair rater of restaurants, and I like Taco Bell, but this particular one deserves the one star. Right when I pull up to the window I was told that it would be at least a 10 minute wait. I was the only car there in the drive-thru it was at a slow time on a Sunday evening. I said fine because I thought it probably wouldn't take 10 minutes. I ordered something was told that they didn't have that at the moment. The next thing I ordered I was told they didn't have that either. I finally ordered a third different combo menu and the purple mountain dew with it. The purple midnight Baja mountain dew is the new special right now which is Taco Bell's biggest promo and is all over the menu. I was then told that they don't have that either and I said you're out of it? They said no it's no longer available it was just a limited time thing. I know that's not true of course and then I realized that they were almost certainly lying about everything. The 10-minute wait is because they're taking gravity bong rips in the cooler. Hopefully whoever owns this franchise reads this and gets real staff to work there although I know that's difficult. By the way never let anybody tell you they don't have the purple mountain dew of course they do. Save yourself the trouble and just go to the Taco Bell that's on Decatur or Craig there are a few within a mile and a half of...

Went here tonight and ordered, it was slow. Only 1 car in front of me. My food was not put in my bag and I drove all the way home without it (should have checked bag but assumed it was good given the fact I was 1 of 2 cars). When I got home I noticed so I called to ask for my money back on what was missing. The manager on shift was very rude with short dull answers. Telling me just drive back or there's nothing she can do. I asked if I could give her my order number and she just plain said "no". I asked why not and she said because she didn't feel like doing it. I asked for he name and she said she doesn't give her name out I'm guessing so no one can leave a review on her. On my receipt it says cashier Berlinda B. Very rude and unprofessional. All she had to do was explain to me the issue with returning my money instead of saying she didn't feel like doing it. I go here all the time and never have issues, I would suggest keeping those whom actually care for their job and not this rude lady. I wouldn’t say much other than it’s a Taco Bell just like any single other Taco Bell. I really like the potato tacos they’re really really good and showed us to the place it’s not that bad it’s close to the McDonald’s so it’s kind of the same it’s kind of average, but it does deserve a 4.0. Other than that I would just kind a bump up the place a little bit more step of the game, like renew the location and stuff, but Taco Bell is just nails it in the potato tacos are really really good. Shout outs also to any single other taco because it is really really good, my brother RC just passed by and he was really loving it every single time you came from the Philippines and he was just fired up to have some more Taco Bell. I would just say it’s an average spot an hour just so you know if were hungry or do you need food just passed by stop by and everything will be good.
