I sent a mobile pickup order to this location THROUGH the Panda Express app. I was notified my order would be done 25-30 minutes later, ok. I'm fine with that.
I get a text that my order was ready 10 minutes earlier than expected and head into the store to pick up my order. Took a moment to find it, but I got my bag all sealed up and ready to go with all the checks that the order was complete.
I get home, start to unpack everything and I'm missing TWO of my entrees. I'm missing my 3rd entree on one meal and the entree out of single entree my bowl.
I call the store, notified them of the issue. They offered to make the missing items if I wanted to come back to get them, or "put my name in the book" so I could come back later to be compensated for the error.
Let me be clear: This restaurant is out of the way, but is still the most convenient location when I am driving home from my office in the southwest part of the valley. I am not about to put another 10 miles on my car today to go back for a couple of chicken entrees that they can't refund me for because I ordered through their own corporate mobile app.
I will not reward incompetence. If an order is not 100% complete it should not be marked complete. Get it together. I will not be back at this...

I almost choked on the spring roll that I ate that I was asking the manager to replace because they gave me chilli sauce not sweet and sour sauce like I asked. I had to drive back to the panda express after leaving to ask for the correct sauce which is very inconvenient on my part especially after I paid my money. I paid the whole amount you asked me to pay and I asked for the sauce that i wanted which was sweet-and-sour, I didn’t ask for chilli sauce but that’s what I goti. I almost choked I was coughing my eyes are watering from the chilli sauce I didn’t want. Read moreThis is my first review ever but it was such an amazing experience despite the cliches about fast food customer service that I felt this place really deserved it but this girl deserved it even more. I went through the drive through on 11/25 and just seconds before I was ready to pay I dropped my debit card next to the seat and could not find it well when Iveth open the window she gave a couple of min for me to find it and I didnt I asked her if she could get rid of the bowl as I only had $13 in cash and I could've easily drove back around after I found my card but you used your employee discount and brought it down to $13.
