He will keep your security deposit because he doesnt personally like you, or not let you get your home repaired due to his personal feelings. recently i noticed all the African american people disappeared from the company which i find very suspicious and racist. I have attempted to reason with these people and there is no chance. Beware if you look a certain way yang wont rent to you if you are arabic, hispanic, or any race other then caucasian or of oriental descent he will treat you and speak with you in complete disrespect. Many people im sure will agree with me that this company is unstable judging by the multiple BBB complaints & review everywhere .....RUN
NOW JENNY Jenny the accountant who is not an accountant at all is a liar she is sneaky and makes personal deals with tenants. She will lie to your face or tell you she never said what she said until you prove it to her. She never returns calls or assists tenants when they need it.
Next Hairang Zhong aka Davis the owner he has no clue what jenny & yang do he only gets bits and pieces of stories im sure and believes these people i feel sorry for him because they are screwing him and he has no clue all the tenants have issues that dont get resolved and im sure if he knew about the things going on behind his back jenny & yang would no longer be employed as they are liabilities im sure

Read moreOnce again this mediocre Company has shown us how low they can go and how repulsive it's employees can be. They still haven't been able to reimburse our rent deposit they keep saying that they haven't heard back from the property owner to settle this situation. We are disputing the charges they're claiming they supposedly fixed at the house. I have asked for the proves that would back them up showing what the supposedly fixed, but they still haven't been able to give us anything, money or licensed contractor invoices. Yesterday a company that we signed a lease with called them to check on our rental history they lied them just like the mediocre company that they are, I am glad I always communicated with them in writing and I was able to show this new company all conversion of how things really happened. They tried to say that I left the house dirty and that I broke things in the property but they just haven't been able to prove it. they should feel shame to say that because the house was left cleaner then when we first moved in.
If you are looking to rent a house or property stay away from this crooked company its bad with: *Service call *You will not get your rent deposit back *They are rude and lie for each other (KIM KNOWS WHAT I AM TALKING ABOUT) *They will give you a an invoice in Chinese instead of in English *They will lie to whom ever try to get rental history about you just to mess with your possibilities to rent a home.

The receptionist was so rude when she contacted me and the manager Kimberly backed her up by lying to me in my face stating that she recorded our conversation and she heard it. I know she didn’t listened because if she had she would’ve known how rude the receptionist was besides there was no warnings advising me about our conversation was being recorded. It’s been over 30 days and I still haven’t received my deposit back. They sent me an email with an invoice written in Chinese for me to dispute anything that I didn’t agree with (what a joke) I replied back to them with in 5 min requesting for an English version of the invoice for me to understand it and see what the discrepancies were but no success they still haven’t been able to get me an English version of the invoice nor my deposit back, I asked for a staff member of their compan to meet me at the property to a walk through but they refused to do so.
