I have been wanting to try this all you can eat restaurant in Las Vegas since our new year’s trip! Biwon has it all with a combo sushi and Korean BBQ all you can eat option! We went on a Tuesday afternoon and they weren’t too busy, but just right. I could see them getting busy on weekends. They brought us banchan and our first round of meat as soon as we sat down, and had awesome portion sizes! I love that you can eat sushi or appetizers while waiting for your meat to cook. They have so many options and I will definitely visit them another time when we’re in Vegas! I will note that they don’t have items marked as gluten free, but I avoided items with soy sauce and cooked a lot of the food myself so I felt comfortable. Always ask your server if you have allergy questions! #lasvegas #allyoucaneat #koreanbbq #sushi #celiac #seisanne

I've noticed that after living in Las Vegas (LV) for quite some time and having the opportunity to try a bunch of different Korean BBQ restaurants throughout the years, that sometimes, the restaurants tend to blend into each other. This makes it rather difficult to remember how one restaurant compared to another, especially when I didn't capture the first experience with a review. As a result, I decided to try this restaurant again, on May 3, 2024, which is years after my initial Aug 29, 2020 visit. My wife and I opted to eat here during lunch hours which isn't standard for us because traditionally, my family and I enjoy Korean BBQs during dinner time. Regardless, I was glad that we did because it allowed me to eat a lot and have the entire rest of the day to digest my food, and we got to experience the lunch prices for the all you can eat (AYCE) option. Whenever I visit any type of AYCE Korean BBQs or any Korean restaurants for that matter, with the exception of Kimbap, I don't normally enjoy sushi with it because I feel it clashes with one another for some reason. However, for this visit, I added the AYCE sushi option with my Korean BBQ because of the meat options versus price - in other words, you get a bigger bang for your buck adding that AYCE sushi option. Plus, I was actually in the mood to pound some Spicy Tuna Rolls. We ordered Gyoza (Mandu), Kimchi Soup, Marinated Short Rib, Korean Fried Chicken (KFC), Beef Brisket, Spicy Bulgogi, Thin-Sliced Pork Belly, Spicy Tuna Roll, and Tuna (Maguro). Out of these items, my favorites were the Mandu, KFC, Spicy Bulgogi, and Thin-Sliced Pork Belly. Whereas the other items weren't awful by any means, I feel that I've had better at other restaurants. The tuna used for my Maguro did not seem as fresh as it could be - I really enjoy eating Ahi Tuna that is dark red...assuming that Ahi was the type of tuna used at this restaurant. The cucumber kimchi was less than adequate. It definitely wasn't satisfying at all because it was prepared more like Namasu Salad or Sunomono Salad...IYKYK. The service was outstanding; at no point did I feel we were left hanging (and starving) because of the lack of attentiveness - the employees were very friendly and operated efficiently. The décor was nice...I especially like the building's exterior because the entrance is a lot different than most Korean restaurants in this city. Although I'm not a huge fan of the immediate area, there are no safety concerns while eating here. This AYCE Korean BBQ is within close proximity to the LV strip which makes it optimal for all the visitors that are staying on or close to the strip. As I alluded to earlier, the prices were reasonable as a result of eating during lunchtime. This isn't my favorite AYCE Korean BBQ restaurant in LV, but it's definitely worth trying for all you locals and visitors - I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone!

My party of 2 ordered from the option A Korean BBQ menu. We were seated quickly. Unfortunately, the food was well below our expectations. For appetizers, we ordered the spam musabi, japchae, miso soup, and corn cheese. That was the worse spam musabi ever - very dry spam and it didn't have any sauce on it so it didn't have that nice sweetness to it. The cheese corn was good until I realize it was full of white onions, which was not mentioned anywhere on the menu. That was disappointing since my body does not react well to onions. This dish traditionally does not include raw onions in it. The miso soup was fine. Japchae was okay. They both had very simple taste, nothing special. Most of the sides were below average. Rice paper was dry. The kimchi cucumber were just pickled cucumbers, not the really red kind that are usually served at KBBQ places. It had almost no kimchi flavor to it. I did like the fish cake. As for the meats, I did enjoy the garlic beef belly. Nice and flavorful. Thin pork belly was yummy as well. Dessert was included. I got the green tea ice cream, which was fine. Do not expect it to be matcha! It was just a nice floral tasting green tea ice cream that was generously scooped. They also have mochi ice cream and melona bars. We had to constantly order with different servers because no one came to check up on us until closer to the end of our dinner. So we ordered with anyone who walked by us. The table we got was kind of tight in the corner. But the size of the restaurant as a whole was fine. It was decently clean. Overall, we were disappointed with the food. We eat KBBQ once a week at least and thought to give this place a try. Unfortunately, we will not be coming back.

My family and i have been going to kbbq places for 20 years. At one point it was 2 to 3 times a week when my son was a toddler. His factor cuisine. We have been so many times (more than i care to admit) Been to Korea and live in Los Angeles where the Korean food is decent.

Ok first things first. It is a Saturday night and we had a table of 11. So much appreciated for getting a table in the first place although the wait time was 1.5hrs. That was a plus if it wasn't for me hearing comments of their staff. There was another couple who had been waiting the same time for a table of two who I spoke to and they ended up leaving. And to hear the staff joke about another single person who had also been waiting 90 minutes made me cringe. Maybe I'm getting too old but it was wrong. Anyway I was happy we all got seated but I honestly have no idea how this place gets 4 stars. They are totally understaffed. The service was the worst i have experienced. OMG for the first 15 minutes we had to ask for plates and utensils three times and finally had to get them ourselves. We were cooking for and had nothing to eat it with. None of the staff wanted to take responsibility. For the entire first half of the meal they came infrequently to replenish the raw meats. The quality of the meat was not inconsistent. We chose the premium meat option but the meat was sinewy and lacking seasoning. The food servers bringing raw meats including the steamed egg and soups in the the stone clay pots kept bringing them to the end of the table where the small kids were sitting. Why! For the offchance that one of them is burnt? It was unnecessary as we were in the middle of the room. All in all, I honestly was embarrassed as two of the party were dining KBBQ for the first time and I couldn't really make an excuse for the experience. The potential for this place is so big but it's just a shame. Looking around at other diners they just looked angry. It might be a one off but given the many choices for food in Las Vegas it will be a long time before we forget the experience and my family would rather not take the chance...

I have been going to Biwon Korean BBQ with my wife for almost 3 years now. It is truly one of the best places for AYCE Korean BBQ in the city. However, it has by far some of the most abysmal service of almost any restaurant I have dined at. Since we have been going to this location it seems as if the staff have been getting worse and handling guests at the location. I have had times where it can take upwards of 10-20 minutes just for the server to come back to our table. I have seen servers actively ignore us in favor of pooling up towards the back of the restaurant and speaking to each other, and have personally experienced seeing a server ignore our table to flirt with a busser. I am not saying that people can not have bad days or have to be perfectly robotic servers, but for the whole time we have been going here, we have had to deal with poor service. My major experience that made me not want to return was when one of their grills leaked burning oil onto my leg, and the server took nearly 15 minutes to come address it and then he told me "They can't leak" before the manager finally came to sort it out. (And he said that he was sorry, and among other things that they would fix the very obvious leak). It is really a shame to have to say I cannot recommend this location just because of how many chances I have given them, hoping that maybe they would have a 'better day' but the service at the location is almost always non-existent. Their are two servers that we always hope to get when we have come as they do a really good job and are kind, and on top of things, but otherwise, (even when we had a party of 10), the servers were not very keen on coming back to the tables or engaging with us in any way. This is compounded by them forgetting frequently to bring out things we have ordered or requested. Overall, I cannot recommend going to Biwon, while it has some of the best food, its service makes the experience often...
