This place is morose, dystopian and wildly disorganized. My haphazardly-constructed bouquets were not what I ordered and certainly not nearly worth the money I spent on them. Avoid at all costs. Made an online order for two different bouquets for wife and mother-in-law for Motherās Day. I ordered the Vivid bouquet and the Flower Market Surprise: White Edition āGerberas & Mumsā. Their site asked to call the shop to confirm the order and pick up time, which I did. The woman on the phone offered to hold the order for pickup on Sunday (Motherās Day) at 10:30am. I arrived at that time. First of all, if you do visit the shop (which you shouldnāt) be careful of one of the doors that might seem like itās the entrance: it is not, though it is unlocked and perfectly openable. There was no sign instructing to use the entrance around the corner. I opened the door and was almost hit by a stepladder that was leaning up against it from the inside. The guy working in the shop just sat there and stared at me as I fumbled with the ladder. He gave no indication of where the correct door was or offer to help, he just stared blankly at me. Found the correct door around the corner, and I gave my name for the order. The man working the desk repeatedly searched two different refrigerators for the bouquets and couldnāt find them. I showed him the pictures of the bouquets from the receipt on my phone. After minutes of searching the small shop, the guy who was in the workshop in the back emerged to look at the same places himself, not finding them either. Finally, the front desk guy emerged with what seemed to be the Flower Market Surprise, though it also seemed to have elements from the Vivid bouquet as well. He asked if I wanted the other one too..? I said I did! He said it would take 5 to 10 minutes. He told me he would give me a discount, but I told him I already paid online. Once the second bouquet came out, it looked nothing like either of the bouquets I ordered, but I just accepted them anyway just to get out of there. The desk guy said he would refund half of the order, which I thanked him for, and felt that would make things right. I secured the bouquets in my trunk and drove home. Once I got home, I noticed a lot of water on the floor of my trunk. I thought maybe the water had splashed around in transit. I brought the bouquets into the house and set them on a table. A few minutes later I noticed water everywhere around the Flower Market Surprise bouquet. Turns out, the planter it was in was leaking! So I packed it back up and drove back to the shop and they replanted it. I am still waiting for that half-refund, and would have expected them to offer me a full refund, which they didnāt. Three days after Motherās Day, my mother-in-law reported that her bouquet, the flower market surprise had overnight, lost all its petals, and were scattered all over the table where she left them. I don't give ANYTHING 5 star reviews but if there's a business that deserves a 5 out of 5 it'd be this one.. Thought I would have to go thru a bunch of explanations and descriptions for the arrangement I was wanting but Missi and Curtis were on it, making my experience here not just painless but actually very surprisingly pleasant. Didn't realize you could find old school Vegas hospitality in this town anymore - apparently it's being hoarded at this little mom n pop native-owned flower shop. Not sure what else to say other than take a look in here and see if you dig their style if you need flowers for any kind of event or occasion and I'm willing to bet you will find a very nice and satisfying experience with everything coming out flawless and on time from some of the nicest and most knowledgeable professionals in this city, and I mean that to include ANY business or industry in the valley.. What a hidden gem of a shop! I will never forget their efforts or their friendly way of getting it done and will never ever go anywhere else for flowers or events etc. They did my wedding awhile back and that was just as perfect so they are batting 100 with me and I can tell they apply this effort into all of their clientele. I ordered and paid for items that were supposedly sold to someone else at a later date, so they were not available to me after already paying for them. I gave a two hour delivery window, which I was promised would happen, yet there were delivered an hour and a half after that time frame. I ordered a dozen red, and a dozen pink roses, but the pink roses werenāt pink, just a shade lighter than the red. The arrangement looked thrown together last minute and the flowers were almost already fully bloomed. I am easy going, and understand things happen. I overlooked the sale of something that I already purchased and the late delivery, but I was irritated at the quality, display and the lack of pink roses. The manager texted and was apologetic, saying she would do a refund, but hasnāt and they are avoiding my messages and phone calls. I got a rushed, inaccurate, late and poor quality product all for around $220! š I suggest...
