Parsley Modern Mediterranean — Restaurant in Las Vegas

First time visitor, and very pleased and impressed!

Everything is exceptionally fresh.

For a warm summer evening, I ordered a buffet of appetizers: hummus, tabouli, baba ghanoush, eggplant, and falafel.

The family size portions are huge: a full pint of each appetizer, and a full dozen of falafel.

The falafel is served with two portion cups of additional hummus.

The other appetizers each come with a pita bread.

I also ordered a sleeve of six pita breads for take home and leftovers. The pita bread is incredibly fluffy and soft and fresh.

I am reducing added sodium in my diet, so I appreciated that these dishes were not over salted. If you like your Mediterranean food on the saltier side, season to taste at the table. Lemon, garlic, and olive oil are available by request, so you can customize to individual taste.

Restaurant format is casual dining with takeout.

I've been a loyal customer at Parsley's on Flamingo for a long time -- I absolutely love it there! The food is always fresh, the service is friendly, and I've never had a bad experience. So naturally, I was excited to try the new location. Unfortunately, it was a major letdown.

I asked for double steak on the side, but they put it directly on top of my salad. I also asked for a couple of sides -- eggplant and baba ghanoush -- and the employee was very rude about it. They skipped over my request entirely, and I had to repeat myself just to get what I ordered, and I did so politely.

The whole process -- ordering and paying -- felt uncomfortable and honestly, disrespectful. It was such a disappointing contrast to the great service I'm used to at the Flamingo location. The team here are pure magiic.. They don't just serve you food; they shower you with warmth and make you feel like you've been part of their crew forever.
