I have been going to this place since December of 2021 I had to give this place 3 stars☹️ Would have been 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 stars but after my last couple of experiences there, Due to one rude, threatening worker, I will not return.
One star is for each of the three workers that are always awesome when I go in there. They only been there a few months but they're still awesome 😁
There is an employee there by the name of Lakeisha. She is very rude. She talks nasty to us customers and the other employees (throwing food at us customers, cursing and threatening staff and customers). All which management KNOWS about!☹️☹️ And they allow this UNSAFE and UNSTABLE person, to continue working in their place of business.☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️ (Which makes an unsafe environment for my CHILDREN and myself) There is an awesome manager there by the name of Mary. (Always smiling, always courteous and always nice) If they had more workers like her there, man, that place would be awesome.
Please BEWARE this is not a place to take children to, as long as that Lakeisha girl is still there making customers ( like myself and family ) feel UNSAFE!!!!

I'll spend my $180 a week somewhere else more pleasant and SAFE. I hope I get to see Mary wherever I go. Oh and 2 young men, Chris and I believe the other one is Thomas or Tommy? (Always smiling, always sweet). 😁😁 Them three are such sweethearts every time I go in there, to me and my children.❤️❤️ Them three deserve a raise for having to put up with a co-worker like that Lakeisha girl and for all the hard work and awesome customer service they do😁😁

Read moreOne of the worst customer service experiences I've had in a moment. First and foremost I do understand the importance of a drive-thru but if you have the option for people to come in to the store then you should give them the same respect and service as you do to the people and drive through. I come in I do not get greeted at all due to the woman taking care of drive-thru and two people in the grill area. About 4 minutes later I happen to get a very dry hi be with you in a moment. The moment was another 5 to 10 minutes later. There was a gentleman that walked in after I had placed my order This gentleman's order was called he had time to sit down and eat his food and I still did not have my order. So I go up and ask about my order and I had gotten a slight attitude from one of the gentlemen in the grill area when he had notified me that he didn't know about my order. So I asked him the young lady did not tell you about the order once again with an attitude he said No she didn't. I still waited another five to 10 minutes to receive my order even though I was standing right at the counter watching them make my food. The young lady was still pushing out vehicles in the drive-thru not really paying attention to what was going on within the restaurant. Also had another gentleman that was standing at a counter waiting to being taken care of about as long as I did. All in all once again one of the worst service experiences that I've had. They seem that they need help maybe that was the case but it really needs to be taken care of expeditiously along with better customer service. Read moreI went to order drive thru with my son for 2 shakes and a free chicken wrap wmusing my app. The guy who took tge order said I have to pay $16. So I said, I only ordered 2 large shakes. Plus chicken wrap shld be free. He said no. Then he got his manager, later identified as Mariah.I gave my $10 at which time she immediately said its fake. It was given to me at winco. So I asked, can I see it, you will get it back. I work in a Casino, and I know I am not gettig it back. Difference is, we used a machine to determine if jts counterfeit And she only used a marker. How sure I am that she will not pocket it. The minute she came to the window,lady manager was already angry at the world. So I said, you know what, I will go in. So I drove, I got my.milksharkes.Now, Iam waiting for the chicken taco at whichtime this lady asked, did youpay? I waited and waited til she asked that angry manager. I told her, I am not going to take that alleged fake $10 I paid. Atleast a courtesy show it. It was too quick to say your money is fake. Situation was handled inappropriately. Maybe a scam that tbe manager is doing? Do they generate reports for the alleged counterfeit money and notify higher Ops who should then turn in the alleged money to proper authorities. Already filed a complaint. Just watch out when you buy from this Del Taco. No name tags. And both employees did not want to privide their names at first. Then provided their names eventually.
