My family and I eat that this Burger King probably about 3-4 times a month because it's near our congregation and our children attend an after school program after their regular school day is over. We have come for breakfast, for lunch and for Dinner. We will be here more now that school is back in full session. I appreciate the fact that no matter what time we've come it's always clean and the kids place is meticulous. For any parent that's ever been to a fast food place that has a kids area it is a task to to keep it truly clean but the staff here focuses on it. They are very attentive and customer service is a real focus.
It is much less common place that a Burger King has a kid for all and although many McDonald's do I like the equipment in this particular location better. Burger King's app is much easier to use then McDonald's app and in my opinion the food is better. Another bonus is that although there aren't many options for the health conscious on Burger King's menu the food over all has lower fat less sodium and little less carbs according to my fitness tracker so when I do eat it's not as bad for my diet. Went through the drive through a couple weeks ago and ordered an Impossible whopper with no Mayo and no lettuce. Verifying my order on the screen. Got home and it was slathered in Mayo and had lettuce. Later that same week I ordered through Postmates I ordered a regular Whopper with cheese and Impossible Whopper with no Mayo and no lettuce. My Impossible Whopper had Mayo and cheese! I called the store and they said I could come by and pick up the corrected order. I was on Covid quarantine which is why I used Postmates. They took my name and number and said they would contact the manager and call me back which they never did. Tonight I went through the drive thru and expressed my concern that my order be made correctly. Although I was the only car in the drive thru they asked me to park in front for my order. I told the employee I would check my order before leaving, she handed me the order and walked off. It is obvious that employee could care less about customer service. Read moreThe drive-through employee named Lakisha made my less than 5 minute drive through one of the Best customer Service experiences that I have ever had. She was patient and helpful when I was inquiring about the rodeo Burger, as I have not been to BK in several years. I was not positive if they still had it on the menu because I wasn't seeing it. She was friendly and respectful the whole order. When I pulled up to the window she continued to be overly friendly but completely genuine. I highly recommend promoting her immediately with a raise because she is the biggest asset to that establishment. If I were BK, I would not want to lose her as a vital team member. I didn't even finish my Meal yet but Felt highly compelled to write a survey solely on my interaction with this employee. I literally had to tell her before I drove off that she is awesome and I wish more people were as pleasant as her...she said thank you and told me that she hopes I have a great holiday season and a good night.
