Red Rock Pizza — Restaurant in Las Vegas

Just finished our first order from Red Rock Pizza. While it came highly recommended by our friends we are visiting my husband and I were very disappointed overall. We ordered 2 Jumbo pizzas, an order of garlic knots and a cookie.

The pizza crust was extremely dry, cardboard like and tough to eat. There was literally nothing appealing about it and it didn't taste fresh at all. The toppings for a jumbo pizza are very sparse and the cheese/sauce was nothing to write home about.

The garlic knots were very herbaceous rather than garlicy/buttery tasting and had a harsh taste. They weren't appetizing.

The cookie was tasty and doughy with plenty of chocolate chunks but unfortunately was cold. Like, came out of a fridge cold, which seems odd since they are clearly fresh and arrive in a pizza oven box with delivery, why not keep them warm and fresh like?

Overall this was an extremely disappointing experience worth $60 to just have a really terrible and sad pizza night. Needless to say we will never order from here again and will not be recommending it to anyone else. I'm not sure where the 'really awesome pizza with tasty crust etc' comes from in all the reviews because the pizza we got was just lackluster and...

Awful customer service. I could definitely say that the people that work there are very prejudice. I walked in for the first time and no one greeted me..they just looked like they saw a ghost. When I read their menu they were trying to rush my order and didn’t seem very friendly. I went and waited in the car while I waiting on my order, came back in the restaurant and nobody said anything again. So I’m sitting there waiting on my order still..in the meantime a family of a different race walks in and all of sudden pizza is stopped being rolled and everyone run up front greeting the family. I watched as they recieved excellent customer service and even suggestions on what they should order. After they finished ordering I walked back up there and I asked about my order and they were like ohhhh we got it ready right here. And my thing is I been waiting on my order that entrie time and my order was ready. Even though I was angry I didn’t react in a negative way I just checked my food and everything was right. I got my order pretty fast, the appetizers were very hot and so delicious!!! I ordered the cheesy onion roll and the mozzarella bread The cheesy onion roll was amazing, I only ate 1 but it was crispy, yummy and the marinara was to die for. Very homemade. Then I had the mozz bread, it was more like very thin pizza, was good but not as good as the onion roll. Then I after the snacks, I opened the pizza and unfortunately it was cold and not because I had the other snacks as I only had 1 onion roll and 2 slices of the mozz bread. The other 2 items were very hot, even with me being 15 min away from the restaurant, I was thinking my pizza was pre-made as it was just cold. Now I eat cold pizza, so I had 2 slices and fridged the rest, but will call tomorrow to let them know about this. I will update my review with what they determine to do about the cold pizza. I still have to add that the marinara sauce...
