Everytime we do anything here we have an issue.
Most recent issue/the last straw
Last time we were told it was a BOGO free so we decided to upgrade both our phones. They told us we would be charged for both phones for 3 months and then the charges would be taken off for 1 of the phones. I double checked 3 times to verify that we would be getting a phone free, because in all honesty we only need 1 phone. Lo and behold 3 months later we don't get our money back. We call and they say the deal was only if we added a new line. They never told us that or else we would have only got 1 new phone. They then told us that they informed us when we were in and basically called us liars.
They are very friendly and their customer service is excellent while the screw you over for commission.
We are now trying to her thing sorted out with Verizon who told us that this is not the first time this has happened with this store.

The two boys working there stated they need to get into the account for payment and as they couldnât accomplish the task they advise her to go to a corporate store in Santa Fe. I used to manage this store and work for Victra and know for a fact we can accomplish a CASH payment without accessing accounts, just need a phone number. Policy has not changed as I have spoken to other Victra managers in regard to this matter. Britney was the representeive that helped me with the crisis I was having. Now I'm saving money and I'm absolutely in love with my new phone! I left happy to give them my business and have no doubts about my decision. Then later when I was in dire need of help with my new smart phone, I used the business card Britney gave me to ask for assistance. She was just as friendly and helpful over the phone.
