Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Las Vegas

It sucked big time. Waited in the drive thru for over 25 minutes, come to find out they still got my order wrong even after it was told to to me again when we left the speaker that it was correct. When we got to the window our order was still wrong. It took another 5 minutes to get the order correct, oh by the way the order was 3 chicken strips and an order of regular fries, at the window it turned out to be cheese fries which we didn't order oh and we asked for ranch dressing. After we got our or order and left finally left! it was still f##### up. On the road we had marinara sauce instead of ranch. Yes you may all be saying why didn't you check it before left. Frustration and anger but upon looking in the bag the sauce was on the very bottom and it looked like ranch and I just wanted to put the whole thing behind me. I would not recommended this establishment. They let to many interns run the show without proper supervision and training. Good luck I would tell all my buddies...

Not one single other customer there and we sat in the drive-thru waiting, no one came on the speakers, ok maybe it wasn’t working, I’m ok with that. Pulled around and saw employees so we know they were there. Pulled into a order parking spot and hit the button, waited a moment and a voice came on saying we’ll be with you in a moment..... REALYY!? There was no one else here! NO ONE! Maybe teaching your staff what ready to serve mindset is would help, maybe watching us drive around would set someone in motion to say the the rest of your staff, CUSTOMER! and everyone could be ready. Now if they were busy I wouldn’t have said anything but they had no other customers . Reading some other reviews on here says you have a problem being customer oriented. In all, worst sonic ive been too. waited at car stall for 10 minutes and no one took our order. went to drive through and ordered- we had to wait another 5 minutes to order. Unfortunately even after the girl repeated our order, they still got it wrong. Went back to tell them and they said they could give us a side of green chile. we asked for them to just remake it and they said okay and walked okay. After two minutes, they then came back and said “sorry we can’t remake it” and “we charged you for a regular one”. Super unfriendly and seemed like they just didn’t care to even get the order right or even fix their mistake. Honestly just terrible attitude and service.
