First of all as we get there we are immediately asked to use the kiosk and I'm not computer literate. I got the order figured out after 15 minutes of struggling on how to use it. After paying for my order I was standing by the counter admiring the new remodel when a young lady with glasses and blond hair asked if I needed anything I stated "I already ordered" then she asked me not to be watching them I replied "I was admiring the new interiorâ she said she felt uncomfortable with us watching them cook as it is an open kitchen and dinning area. I would automatically assume that customers could observe. I asked for her manager she said " I am the manager" I then asked for the number for higher up management and she said it's illegal for her to give out that information and also refused to give us her name I stated that she could give out her first name I only asked because there was no name tag visible she then accused my wife of taking pictures of her when my wife was just pulling out her phone to see what other restaurants were open I also tried to show her that there was no photos or videos taken I stated that there were cameras all inside the building that they would show there was no photos taken she then got mad and threatened to call the police department on my wife I then asked for a refund due to the way she treated us as customers she also stated she had autism I recommended for her to deescalate the situation and just refund my money so I can leave she kept asking not to be yelled at when nobody was physically or verbally abusive, she then got on the phone with someone and started shaking and stated "These people are here causing problems" she also gave my card to a young gentleman with glasses at drive threw and she walked away, this gentleman was very kind and professional after taking over the situation. As a business owner I train my staff not to treat their customers the way I was treated tonight. I was there with my wife and 2 kids I do apologize for any inconvenience but I do believe she needs to have better training in customer service and on how to deescalate a situation as a proper manager. I will no longer return to this location for dinner. I would rather drive else where even if it takes me going out of Las Vegas. I will possibly return during morning or noon shift because your daytime shift is a lot better. I do understand her disability but there are ways for her to better handle her disability when dealing with customers.
New Mexico law does not appear to prohibit recording in-person conversations without consent. However, the consent of one party is required to legally record electronic communications. Illegal recording is a misdemeanor, and can subject offenders to civil...
Read moreI donât know if the food is good. I never received my order. I placed an order on the app for in store pickup. When I arrived at the restaurant after 11am the lobby was closed. The hours posted show the dining room opens at 8am. The doors were locked, so I knocked on the door and they directed me to the drive thru. So I walked to the drive thru and they ignored me.
When I spoke to the manager, she didnât seem interested. When I explained the situation she said, âwell the dining room is open now, would you like to pick up your order?â I told her I had left 45 minutes ago. When I explained that her staff told me to go thru the drive thru and I did, she then told me they donât help customers who are on foot at the drive thru. She knew my vehicle was too tall to go thru the drive thru because I explained this to her many times. She offered no solutions, wouldnât refund my money, promised to call me back, and I never received a phone call. She refused to give me her name, her supervisors name, or any contact information so I could file a complaint. Iâm not the only person this happened to on this day. The manager needs some training in customer service, better yet, some basic common courtesy. Unbelievably poor management and customer service. Donât offer in store pickup on your app and then act confused when people canât pick their...
Read moreThis was an awful experience. I canât even speak for my food because I never got it. I ordered on the mobile app for indoor pickup. Got there at 1130AM. Lobby doors locked. Did not see a sign as to why the lobby was locked or if it opened at a particular time. I couldnât go through the drive thru because my vehicle is too tall. Tried to call multiple times with no answer. Tried to walk through the drive thru to speak to someone, no one would answer me. My partner went and banged on the door and was waved at by an employee to âgo aroundâ I guess? He walked over to the drive thru and banged on the window, the staff could see him but would not come near the window. Iâve been to many Taco Bells and never had this issue. We did finally get through to a manager on the phone and she told us the lobby didnât open until noon but I didnât see that posted anywhere. Several other people also tried to go in but the doors were locked, but they could at least go through the drive thru. So if the lobby doesnât open til noon donât let me place a mobile order for indoor pick up before that time. Some people drive vehicles that canât fit in the drive thru. And if no one will answer the phone, how am I supposed to let you know I need assistance? We drove away without our food or speaking to anyone until later when a manager answered, but it was too late...
