I did a drop and hook delivering here 11/2 and then picked up a load the following day. Both days were great! When I arrived to deliver the guy at the guard shack told me to drive around back and drop the trailer in the door with the doors closed and seal intact and where to grab an empty from and then to drive around front and check in at the office. When leaving the girl that was in the guard shack to check out was so nice. It’s too bad that more places didn’t have such a great personality worker like they have here. I didn’t get her name on that day but when I was sent back here the next day to pick up a load I made sure to ask because she was working again. Shanti was a pleasure to deal with! I hope she keeps her attitude after dealing with truck drivers for as long as she works here! When you arrive you need to slide your tandems back before going through the gate. When you are exiting don’t be an idiot like me and stand in front of the window with the sign that says to go around to the other side that you checked in on…..just walk around to the other window. I was expecting a bad experience from the reviews, to my surprise that wasn’t the case. Security guard was nice and explained where to find the office. I had to slide my tandems to the back for my drop and hook. MAKE SURE TO HAVE 3/4 OR MORE REEFER FUEL!

If you’re facing the office to your right you will see trailers against the fence, that’s where you’ll drop off loaded trailers. I bobtailed for hometime.
Simple in and out place.
2nd Time Here: Arrived at 2:00am, guard shack will sign your paperwork and you’ll drop the loaded trailer across from their dock area. Once you drop trailer you can bobtail out, there’s nobody in the shipping/receiving office to...

Two hours later I finally get my dock, and the load isn’t available. Currently been waiting for five hours and no notice or activity of when I will be loaded.
I recommend anyone forced to pick up a live load here to have plenty of food and water because you might be waiting for over seven hours like me just to get loaded.
Update, it took me from arriving at 7:30am to leaving at 6:00pm to get my load. No communication was given by...
