It has become a trend now to have an active buisness without a phone number or a way to contact the store directly. If you try to call and ask a question, their phone DOESN'T work. So you have to WASTE THE GASOLINE, drive down there, walk in and ask them in person if they carry a specific item, which they don't have.. big WASTE of time and gas money. Came in on Saturday morning for the first time while cruising on my way to Sacramento from Santa Cruz and, stopped by this Smoke Shop. I was greeted by Omar he was really nice and, helpful on what I was looking for. He knows his stuff overall his customer service is a 10/10 and, very honest as well.
