We stumbled upon this new Indian vegetarian restaurant -Ulavachatu tiffin express in Lathrop that had only been open for 20 days, and what a pleasant surprise it was! The place was buzzing with diners, which speaks volumes for a newly opened spot.

We were a party of 9 and had to wait about 25 minutes for a table, but it was absolutely worth it. The food was delicious—authentic flavors and comforting dishes. The sambar and chutneys were standout accompaniments that really elevated the main items.

What really impressed us was the service. Despite the crowd, the staff was extremely courteous. One of the team members even came over to apologize for the delay and personally checked in to see if we needed anything.
