I went there last night around 10:53p which the store closes at 11p which I am aware of. As I walk in, first off they have to walk you in as if you're in prison(they roped up the entrance and someone has to be there to allow you in š¤£š anyway, a kid by the name of Jamaree emphasized they closed at 11 that I had 7 mins i replied ok .... as I quickly run and try to grab a few things the intercom went off few mins later stating they closed in 5 mins, Jamaree then appears in the aisle i was in and stated I had 4 minutes, I told him to "stop following me I can count, you already addressed me when i walked in Im a nurse i can can tell time" he then walked off mumbling something and said something within the lines of, its time to get up out of here ... at this point he's following me and that is harassment! I walked to the front to the cashier at approximately 10:59p I was speaking to the cashier explaining him harassing me and how he was acting like a little hoodlum, he walks past us and states "if you're rude to me, i'm returning the same energy" (mind he initiated the back and forth being rude) I replied " you're at work, im not! You obviously dont know the proper way to display customer service, you belong standing at the side of a corner store not working at Burlington", he continued by stating " You dont know me" and i replied "I've worked customer service in 2011, I couldn't dare even look at a customer wrong if they said anything to me or complained I would've been fired" he said "You aint me" š How are you upset but you continue to follow me he even followed me to the front to continue to harass and argue with me .... as i was cashing out the cashier who was ringing me up apologized for his disgusting behavior, meanwhile, he was speaking to a employee at the end and I couldn't hear clearly but it sounded as if they were trying to deescalate the situation and told him they would walk me out and he insisted that HE would walk me out ... this is not what he signed in his new hire packet addressing customer service etiquette or within his training. He's violating everything he signed and poorly representing Burlington as a company! The nerves of him to follow me and continue to harass me throughout the store, check your cameras around the times i mentioned. Stop hiring these...

Today Burlington lost a customer these type of people forget that is people like me who shop at their store that they have job if people don't spend their money in their store they are out of a job these are very ignorant people if you don't like your job go quit and find another one.
