Burger King — Restaurant in Lauderdale Lakes

Honestly I was so impressed with my experience at this location this morning. The person who took my order at the drive-thru was pleasant and professional. She also took my money and handed me my breakfast/coffee. However, the best part and what is lacking in most fast food places is her extra effort. She asked how many creams and sugars I needed with my coffee. She also asked if I needed jelly or Ketchup with my meal. I can tell you no other drive thru I have frequented in recent months has taken the time or consideration to make sure I have everything I need. In fact, I go to another fast food restaurant about 4 days a week because it's on my way to work and 90% of the time my coffee order is wrong. Worst burger King in Lauderdale Lakes. They mess up your food and don't care about the inconvenience of you having drove all the way hone to realize you are missing food. The manager is rude and has no customer service skills. I sat in the drive through for 45 minutes and received cold food. I was told to drive to the front for fresh fries and ended having to go in and get them because no one ever came out with them. I get home and I'm missing a burger had to drive all the way back for it. When I asked for more onion rings to go with my burger even said I'd pay for more the manager stated "I don't have anymore onion rings for you". The lady working the register and taking orders, she was great. When receiving the order, different story. Some of the onion rings were burnt and old. When I say they were hard as rocks, I mean granite! I was supposed to have 3 cheeseburgers, I get home and there are none, not 1 damn cheeseburger in the bags. I had a large order and it required 2 bags. I was pissed. I called the restaurant and guess what? Got a recording saying the subscriber can't take calls, so I'm really pissed now.
