Very very rude people.. the old Spanish lady who I think is the manager is very rude. I went in today looking for some shirts that I was considering to buy, due to the virus, the fitting rooms are closed.. but I still wanted to see how they’d look before I got the items. The manager told me o wasn’t allowed to try on and I said “okay no problem, this is the last one l, I just wanna see how it’ll fit”, she continues to banter about how it’s a law and is illegal. I purchased the items and asked if I can return them or if there’s a law for that to and they said yes, all they do is disinfect them. I usually don’t leave reviews but I had to leave one today! I understand we all as humans have bad days but it’s no reason to be flat out rude to anyone especially if your supposed to be a manager!I came in to rainbow to shop like I always do! I wasn’t able to put one star for the bad customer service! But this is crazy I begged someone for the bathroom for my my 3 year old son who’s on the spectrum he’s being potty trained and everyone in the store looked at me crazy asking for a bathroom when my hands is full of clothes!
