I wish I could give a good review. My birthday is around the corner as well which is why I ordered ahead of time to avoid any type of inconvenience. I ordered a dress on October 1st and received an email the next day saying that my order was on the way w/ the tracking number included. I notice earlier this week (Oct 8th) that my order hasn't been shipped out. I called (they don't answer the phone). I text, they responded the next day saying that my item was on hold at the post office and they'll email me with the updated info. I asked if I could pay for faster shipping since I need it for the weekend, no response. It seems like they only have good customer service for people who actually come inside the store. If they can't send a dress like they're supposed to then I highly doubt they can send me a card w/ store credit. $93 wasted.
Update: 10/17/18 - On October 11th I received a text from a different person in their company saying that they could either expedite my shipping free of charge or issue me a refund. I opted for the expedited shipping as long as it could get to me by Saturday. She assured me that it would arrive by the end of day Saturday. Saturday comes and she sends me a screenshot of the tracking. I then notice on the screenshot that the estimated arrival date was Monday 10/15. This isn't what we agreed upon. She claims to have just gotten off the phone w. USPS who told her that it would take 2 days to get to Texas. 1.) USPS was closed by that time & 2.) THAT'S NOT WHAT WE AGREED UPON....

With me being invited to a huge event at last minute, I wasnāt quite prepared to attend. However, The owner was generous enough to help me prepare. I called at the last minute panicking, not to mention stressed. She responded in a timely manner, and was also understanding and a great listener of my situation; I was reassured that she had exactly what I needed. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted, helped, and encouraged .
During my shopping experience there, I learned a few interesting tips about how to pair the perfect outfit for the right event. Never really thought to pair white clothing with silver accessories for a classier look! Iām still shook at the level of expertise, professionalism, and excellent above-and-beyond customer service I received!
Additionally, I was able to attend my Event with style, grace, and early. I had such a great time at the event. Thank you to Jadore Fancy Boutique for being a catalyst to my preparation and contributing to my overall wonderful experience in South Florida!

When I reached out to them I let them know and the customer service was horrible. I made aware that I ordered with expedited shipping because I needed it before a certain date for an event. I asked that if the replacement could not be shipped and delivered prior to that date I would opt to return the dress for a full refund. No one answered or said anything to me, I just received a return label from the website. I returned the dress and it was delivered to them on a Monday. Still no refund. 5 days later I reached out letting them know I still had not received my refund, no answer. 10 days later from the delivery date I reached out again after filing a dispute with PayPal because I still had not received a refund. No answer. After filing the dispute they emailed me back saying only that they would look into it. Next thing I know I am receiving a notification saying that my dress has shipped. Meaning two weeks after needing it they were trying to send me a dress I no longer need after messing up. Worst customer service and worst boutique I have ever had an experience with. I still have not received a refund from them and will be refusing the package...
