I encountered a very rude female employee at the checkout about an hour ago. A few weeks ago, I was at this location and an elderly woman unknowingly jumped the line when it was my turn to be served but the employee at the checkout was nice enough to attend to her even though there was a long line and it was ok by me. Fast forward, I went there today to grab five items. Apparently, there was just one line in the corner that I did not notice so I proceeded to the checkout and oh the employee refused to ring me up even though it was only three people in the line who did not realize I "jumped' the line. I asked why she could not ring me because I will be done in less than two minutes she looked away and said I should put my stuff back in the box and go join the line. I grabbed my grocery with my head down to go join the line. I made sure I went to another cashier because I was embarrassed the way she treated me.

Read moreIf you want/need any type of customer service DO NOT GO to this Aldi. They are the absolute worst! And ignorant at that. I asked for someone to push forward a box of frozen sweet potatoes and they just kept insisting they were out, but I could physically see them, they were just hung up on another box. And instead of trying to assist at all, he ignored me and then went to “help” another customer while mumbling profanities under his breath. As I walked out because I was being ignored the cashier tried calling me back but you clearly didn’t want to help me the first time but now are concerned when I said I was going to stop shopping at that location. The female cashiers are always kind and hardworking but these guys clearly don’t want to be working there. I’ll start going to another location because I refuse to shop at this...
Read moreI like this particular Aldi better than any other I've been in. There is actually one I pass on my regular commute but I only stop there if I'm desperate. I got a little it if my way to go to the Laurel store. Aldi doesn't have everything I want - so my routine is usually to shop at one of the more traditional big grocery chains at the beginning of the month and then I swing by Aldi for my smaller trips the rest of the month. I LOVE the ciabatta rolls that Aldi has consistently at this store - they are the BEST for sandwiches (both grilled and regular). I also think Aldi has stepped up their quality over the last few years. I first tried one in Texas around 2011 and I was NOT impressed. But a friend 8 trust says she ships at Aldi so I decided to give them a second try. Glad I did - they really help my...
